came in to get a quick dinner on the way home and the person working rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to wait a second to see if my wife wanted something to eat. He then started to ask me why I needed a bag for my food when I told him it’s to go. I even tipped the guy after he gave me a hard time, this was my first and last time coming to this location. 6/4/25 10pm. I don’t understand why I needed to tell him where I live or where I’m going to get a Togo bag with my order….

The manager is fantastic. However everyone else here could give a damn. Three people in the store and I wasn't even acknowledged that I was there for 10 minutes. Then the man made my sandwich incorrectly by my standards by subways. Try to shortchange me. I don't know if they're not paying attention to the manager, or they just don't care

Fui por drive thru, no ones responding, go ahead they see me a completely ignoring me, then after 5 minutes of ignoring me, the open the window no words tell then pick up a order and no words again, wait more minutes with no words, they definitely need to take the customer service course.

Philly cheesesteak drowning in mayonnaise even though I specifically asked for very light mayo. Sandwich had the girth of a #2 pencil. They should be embarrassed to serve something like this. Now I remember why I only buy Publix subs..
They REALLY skimp you on ingredients here. I won't order from the drive thru bc they will literally give you a total of 4 olives, 4 pickles slices, and 4 pepper slices on a foot long sub. It's so annoying to have to ask for more toppings 3 times in a row bc every time I ask, they add about 2-3 more... even after continuously asking for more ingredients, my sandwich turned out to be more bread than sandwich. For the price it's such a rip off. There are much better places to eat that are a better value anyway. I won't be back.

when new owners or new people start working at a place I was a faithful customer I always get a salad and today December the 12th it is 1:28 my salad literally looks like it came out the my husband brought it I was so so disappointed I would never eat and I would tell my friends and family do not eat horrible
