I lived in Seattle for several years, and visited some of the best sushi restaurants on the West Coast. Sushi Pop is an incredible surprise, been here a few times and always super impressed.

My favorite sushi restaurant in Orlando by far. I would gladly drive for this quality! Everything is so fresh and delicious. Dylan is also amazing behind the bar.

Where to begin? This is my second time here and one of our friends first time. She's from the Tampa area and said this place may make her move to Oviedo. The food is absolutely amazing. I can't tell you which dish is better, so I'll name a few. Hot chicken sandwich (they ran out of the homemade tater tots), spring rolls, fish tacos, King Salmon belly and bao Benedict The drinks just add to the experience.
Third time back and had to add some more pics. My wife has now been here 4 weeks straight. I think that says something about the experience.
Sunset Roll (off menu now) the best Roll in the house.

I am blown away! I don’t know why it took me so long to try this place. We arrived on a Saturday evening around 7PM and there was a wait for a table (which is understandable). The hostess seated us before the original given wait time. The service was amazing, our waitress prompt, friendly and very attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxing yet had fun pops of colors and decor. But the FOOD! Everything we ordered was of this world.

- Edamame w/ garlic and pepper

Sushi Rolls:
We ordered a variety different ones to share amongst the table and NONE of the rolls disappointed! They were all perfectly crafted with the best flavor profiles and high quality fish.

Luci Roll, Top Up Roll, Hamachi Hero Roll, Thailicious Roll, Ceviche Roll

Dessert:
PMS - A peanut butter/chocolate lava cake with salted carmel ice cream, obviously a hit!

Sushi Pop puts a new fun innovative spin on sushi. They incorporate so many amazing fresh flavors and the overall experience was top notch.

Sushi Pop is one of my favorite sushi places in Orlando. Everything is fresh and made with care. The prices are perfect for the quality of the food. Our server Sarah was very helpful and had great recommendations. she is the GOAT.

Time and time again, I am incredibly impressed by their service, food and unique selections! I love how they switch up some of their menu items too every now and then. I do miss the Toro (I believe you can only get it on Fridays and Saturdays now). Will always eat here and love Sushi Pop!
