Over the top with stars!!! I can not wait to return!! Daniella was the best server with the best recommendations. She is the go-to for anything there!! The bartender, I think his name was TJ. Amazing!! He made me a custom drink with only recommendations on what I like, I am pretty picky. It was amazing. He is an artist in his craft. The food was fresh with fantastic flavor, very creative dishes and presentation. I sadly missed pictures of the food because I just dug right in....
Sushi Pop is an unsuspecting gem. Everything on the menu is perfectly prepared and artfully assembled. They have special chef tastings events that are worth every penny. The staff is fantastic and everyone likes their job. Highly recommend.
Wonderful little place in Oviedo that has very inventive sushi rolls and cocktails. The food was great, and our server, Mikial, was excellent. This place has the best soy sauce that I have ever tasted, and it made me wonder if it was homemade (I forgot to ask). The atmosphere was somewhat eclectic, with decoration and music that, overall, added to the fun, layed back feel of the place. We will definitely be going back for their Omakase dinner.
