I ordered 2 chicken chalupas without tomatoes. I got 2 beef chalupa with all toppings. The staff seemed to be In a bad mood so I ate it and didn't say anything....my loss because I paid extra for it, it was terrible

I placed an order using the app thinking it was the easiest way to ensure a correct order since this location is always missing items. An enchilada and a 3 cheese melt were missing. I called to ask for a refund for these items since I didn’t realize until I got home (some items were in a taped box. Could not tell at the store) and no one answered the phone and it just hung up on me.

Usually don't have any problems with Taco Bell, however this place messed up my order and acted like it was an inconvenience to them to remake it. Also my Nachos BellGrande had nothing but literally beans on it. Very unsatisfactory!!!

Always check your bag at this taco bell location, the almost always get the order wrong when we go through the drive thru. Today, we drove all the way back to get it fixed after realizing that our order was wrong, in addition to missing items which they over charged us for. The manager was able to assist and help out, but just a reminder to always check your items before leaving the drive thru here. Inside of restaurant looks clean, at least.

If you could give a zero I would . It is amazing that people who work here even have a job . Aways missing food and have to ask for your food after you pay for it . No one seems to care to work there . Shut it down . It’s a waste of a food chain when you could put something there worth it . You wonder why these people have those jobs .
