Update to my initial 2 star review when they ran out of Mexican pizza. This time they just failed to include it with the order. After driving back they did give us the Mexican pizza, but no apology or offer to add something or a partial refund. Just a simple gesture would be nice, but nothing at all just proves the lack of service in today's world.

Currently 1:24am. Clearly states you close at 2am. I see atleast two people inside refusing to come on the drive thru intercom to take orders.. there are 4 cars out here waiting. Review your drive thru cameras at 1:30am and beyond and see how many customers you missed.

I have asked for extra meat on my Crumch wrap Supreme 3 times now and the only time I got any meat in it was when a manager was there and I asked if I would get extra meat in it. I can't even find the meat. Jist lettuce and tomatoes.

Been all over the United States and hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. Not because of the food... the service was TERRIBLE. Waited an eternity, wasn't busy, and employees were rude. Learned my lesson, Never Again.

Actually so rude. They told us to go to the second window, we did. Then said “can you at least go to the second window” in such a rude tone. Then made us go inside to pickup our order.The trashy people in the dining area so loudly talking about offing themselves and just acting gross.Then they got our order wrong and when we went back to ask for our missing items. The guy was giving such an attitude and handing us the food instead of just putting it in the bag, that was right in-front of him? Like do you want us to grab it out of your hand?Also realized they didn’t give us the sauces we ordered and most of the add ins that were charged extra were missing.

Look at that freaking disrespect. First the cashier in the drive-thru was straight up rushing me to order. I told him hang on finally and then I get this once I get home. And they messed up my husband’s order. Only thing he asked for was no sour cream in his order and they kept it in. Straight up, wouldn’t have been as mad if they had just shot me, I was starving and exhausted just to see that poor excuse right when I’m trying to relax.

This was my first time here. When I arrived with my son and his friend we were ready to order. There was a person to get the order, she asked us about the type of payment, I said "card", then she told me to put the order through the kiosk. It was not a cordial start because an order for 3 people cannot take more than 2 minutes. Anyway, we put the order, it was delivered fast. While waiting for their order we picked a table, but walking was another challenge. The floor wasn't wet but greasy. It was a disgusting feeling that it desperately needed cleaning. Greasy and obviously slippery. I ordered stake quesadilla with extra bean and extra guacamole. Lucky me that I wanted to dine in, because it was falling apart. It was a messy quesadilla. At least the two kids had their orders in a manner that they could manage the mess. The fries were really good. Although this place wasn't full of customers, I don't know if it's fair to blame the only 3 workers I saw there. I feel that another worker taking care is the cleanliness of the place plus soap in the bathroom, I mean, taking care of the details, would help to keep this place in a good way. I do not plan coming back here anymore.
