Hannah was an amazing server tonight on New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately, another customer was verbally abusive toward her. Management should have shown more backbone and removed him immediately. Hannah deserved better support.

Every time I go to TRH (Oviedo), and order a Prime Rib either their broiler is broken or they run out of them. I am a frequent customer. Take it out of the venue or Do I need to start looking for a new Steak house?

Used to love going here, service has gone downhill,prices have gone up a lot. The rolls got smaller (that was my favorite thing here). Went in on a Saturday afternoon tons of open booths but they insisted in putting us next to large loud group tables. I asked for a different section but hostess said no. We left.I'm done here, I wish we had a Logan's here in Orlando. Same basic place but the rolls are better and no where near as loud.

It all started with the warm reception. I felt like I was walking into a family or friend’s home. We were seated shortly after arriving and our server Cookie took great care of us. Food came out quickly and was well prepared. I have to say, their restrooms were so clean and smelled great. On my second trip the bathroom, I actually brought my dessert in and ate it.

I had a fantastic experience at Texas Roadhouse! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—our waitress, Cookie, did an amazing job taking care of us. The bread was plentiful and delicious, and the salad was incredibly crisp and fresh. My steak was cooked perfectly, just the way I like it, and all the sides were tasty and well-prepared. Arrived about 5:30 PM on a Thursday. The couple before us was told wait time was 15 - 25 minutes. We then put our name in, again told 15 - 25 minutes. About 15 minutes later, the couple before us is seated. After 30 minutes, we asked how much longer. We were told there was 6 people before us. So their estimate of 15 - 25 minutes now became at least an hour. Where did these 6 parties come from during that 15 seconds between the party before us and our party come from? You need to learn better how to estimate wait time. Will not be back as they cannot be trusted.

I came with my family and we were told to wait a group of white kids came and were told to wait as well and out of nowhere a lady came up and told me and my family there was a group of 18 in front of us( the group that literally came after us and was told to wait) that we would have to sit back to back instead of as a group! Horrible experience!! First and last!!!!

We went there last night on July 4th. As we walked in I stood there looking at the various steaks, all of which looked great. But I had the idea that ribs would be good for a 4th celebration. My wife ordered the pork chops. I have never had ribs worse than these were. Tasteless. That is the best way to describe them. They looked good, but from the first bite there was no flavor, just the flavor of the sauce. I stopped eating them. The green beans were terrible. I had asked how they were before ordering them and was told they were made with bacon. They tasted like a can. I had one bite. My wife took one bite of her pork chops. She said there was no flavor and said they tasted like they were cooked with sous vide and then touched to the grill for a moment. I mentioned my disappointment to a manager and she removed my meal. My wife felt bad that they had removed my meal and didn't want to ask them to remove hers too, but really, we did you a disservice by not complaining. As we sat there, my wife reminded me that our last visit had similar issues and said we can never come back here. I am actually surprised that the most popular restaurant in America can fail so badly on two meals. When I cook pork chops at home on the Weber grill, they are fantastic. And any ribs with nearly any rub, cooked slowly come out great. It is just not hard to do. If you tasted these meals, you would not like them. Why would you serve them to us? You have nice people working, a fun atmosphere, a menu full of great sounding dishes but we just don't think it is worth trying them. I hope you can improve.
