Last two times our food was this bad. We went there every week for years and this is awful. This was supposed to be a taco, but had no lettuce or jalapeños, not sure what it is. Last time they forgot half the order and it was terrible, this time they forgot half the ingredients and it was terrible. Sad.

The staff at this location is always super friendly and nice, very prompt with help and even checks on the table asking about refills for drinks or chips. I've seen them handle huge rushes with lots of pickup and to go orders with amazing speed!

If you want authentic Tex mex, this isn’t it. The food is not Tex mex. They were friendly and it was a great restaurant and very cute. The service is good. Just not the Tex mex we were looking for. Great service, not Tex mex though. The hot sauce bar was cute. But it’s not authentic Tex Mex.

Probably one of the worst times that I've ever had at any Tijuana Flats. The service was fair. Nothing really spectacular or to write home about. The gal took our orders correctly and fine. She even offered a refill on my drink while waiting for our orders to come up. The atmosphere was fine, typical Tijuana Flats. The food was the big 'killer' on this visit. What 'fillings' were there.. and the amount of hamburger, lettuce, and cheese, was scant and tasted bland. The shells weren't crisp. And everything inside of the shells felt room temperature. I was very disappointed because I've been to many locations and this visit was below par of what I've come to know and expect from them. I've even been to this location before and had better experiences. Maybe it was just a 'one off' day for them. While waiting on our order, I also observed and overheard a customer complaining about the temperature of their food as well. Whatever the problem was, I hope that they were able to correct it. I'll give them another chance and see if the poor experience was an anomaly. Update: After a couple of family members got sick and had to visit the hospital after eating there about a week after my initial review, I will not make a return trip to this location.

This place has gone down hill and fast. Attached is a picture of the Meguana burrito. The amount of meat is pathetic it is mostly tortilla. I ordered churros and was basically fried dough with no sugar on top. Had to add my own just to eat it. What happened to this place. Prices have gone up and quality has gone way down. This will be my last time ordering for a while. Please fix this establishment I used to really enjoy eating it.
Order lunch for take out wait 25 minutes asked how much longer aooears as thought manager on shift did not care took and extra 15 minutes.

What a disappointment!I just talked to max who advised he was unable to make a decision on exchanging the food because he could not reach the other manager.Everything that Tijuana flats prepared was absolutely perfect except for the chicken which was extremely dry.I can't believe that you have somebody working who is incapable of making a decision based upon customer service.After spending close to $300, I now have to run somewhere else and finish getting food to feed our team.I've been going to this location for well over 15 years and have never had a bad experience until today. I can't believe that I now need to go to another location and buy additional food so I can feed our baseball team before their game tonight.
