What a disappointment!I just talked to max who advised he was unable to make a decision on exchanging the food because he could not reach the other manager.Everything that Tijuana flats prepared was absolutely perfect except for the chicken which was extremely dry.I can't believe that you have somebody working who is incapable of making a decision based upon customer service.After spending close to $300, I now have to run somewhere else and finish getting food to feed our team.I've been going to this location for well over 15 years and have never had a bad experience until today. I can't believe that I now need to go to another location and buy additional food so I can feed our baseball team before their game tonight.

Outsourced delivery model isn’t working - we pay much more for delivery and it is inaccurate more times than not.Ordered delivery, was missing the chips and queso. This is not the first time delivery was lacking items, but will be the last for us. Will only eat in or store pickup in the future.

The driest and least flavorful chicken quesadilla I have ever had. Taco Bell’s is better… The chicken chimichanga and bowl were good but not great. No where near as good as Fuzzy’s Taco.

Great authentic Mexican food at a fair price. I think they should give you a little cup of salsa with your chips and tacos even when you order . Can't have chips without salsa, which is very excellent there !!!

Cool place with mediocre food. Haven't been here in a long time. It'll be a while before I come back. Chimichangas weren't wrapped properly. They looked like flat bricks. They could have spent a little more time in the fryer.Dos Tacos were good.Steak Flautas were good.Nothing was great, except for the service. The service is not enough to make me want to return.

We go here often since it's near our house. We love getting the nachos because it's filling, and you can customize it to your preferences. The staff is very friendly and goes above & beyond for the customers from everything I've seen and personally experienced. We highly recommend this location!Parking: The parking lot fills up quickly, so we often have to use the lot next door, but it's not a far walk. Just be careful crossing the street!

I ordered food online. Food originally ordered as car side. I came inside instead because I stopped at nearby store. Told them I was there and they said they would have the food out shortly. Waited over 10 minutes and another person asked me if I needed help. Td her I had ordered and she went and found my order already done behind the counter. Ridiculous I had to wait like that. Food was good though.
