I have been eating here since it opened. Tonight my meal/sushi had no flavor, the kids meal had more chicken then my full size meal, and the drink that used to come with the kids meal no longer does, the machine is “down”. It used to be a great place to sit in and eat, but ever since Covid they won’t let you eat there anymore, and the quality with only takeout has deteriorated significantly.

The food was really good. I like simple menus with great food. This location is currently takeout only, but it is really cute, so it will be nice when they offer dine in.

Tokyo Tapas never disappoints. I have never had a bad meal from them. I always get the hibachi chicken and it's always so juicy and tender. I especially love the steam veggies. They're only take out and very quick after you place your order.

Ordered take out got my daughter the kids crispy chicken & noodles. My husband an I tried the seafood mofungo. When walked in the place smelt of old oil like oil has not been changed. My daughters noodles had a lot of pepper on them. The mofongo was not good only could eat the topping volcano an avocado part. I had a bad stomach ache after as well. Very disappointed for $55.

So I travel for my job and wanted to have some Asian food. I found Tokyo Tapas on Google and my coworkers said it was good so I thought I'd give it a go. They have a lunch hibachi special that has Gyoza and Spring rolls with it. When I came to pick it up Jeremy was very nice and courteous and I felt like if I was in the area again I would come by.In regards to the food, this is why the review was four stars. Never, have I ever had a hibachi without vegetables. Every place I have gone for hibachi has it, so I didn't think to ask. They have an option for more rice, miso or a salad, and I chose more rice thinking I could mix the meat and vegetables. The whole meal was out of proportion, since there was no vegetables to go with it. When I called after discovering this I was told the lunch one doesn't have veggies, and that you have to pay extra for them. This was a big let down for me as I love hibachi. I will say the gyoza and spring rolls were pretty fantastic.I would just say if you are going there for lunch, make sure you know they don't automatically have the veggies in the hibachi. I was told by my coworkers that this must be a new thing because they had gone recently for lunch and there was veggies and noodles in there. I would have had to pay more for the noodles too. If I could give the restaurant any feedback, it would be to bring back the veggies on the lunch hibachi!

Friendly group and good food. Take out only. Hopefully, they can get their "eat in" scenario back some day.

I love Tokyo Tapas and have been going there for many years, the food is always amazing, the staff are always fun to talk to and the owners are frequently there to oversee and help with orders, which I find incredible to have in a restaurant.Parking: Tokyo Tapas is nestled in a shopping complex populated with restaurants, they all share a large parking lot and I don't think it's ever been impossible to find a spot.

Food is great, prices keep increasing. Website wouldn’t load (I assume due to the price increase) and the prices aren’t listed inside the restaurant at all. It‘s now $20.28 total for a single order of steak and chicken hibachi, in a restaurant that only offers takeout. Getting close to Kobe prices without the experience.

They are a fully-take out only restaurant.Their food is good, and even though this was my first time ordering from them, I would probably go back. They were very popular, and lots of people were making orders, coming in, and picking up. I thoroughly enjoyed their Tapas and their sushi! My only critiques was their timing needs work. I can understand a limited crew pumping out orders as fast as possible, but I ordered 30 minutes ahead, and I waited 30 minutes in house. The crew was apologetic, and I was cool about it. I personally would just like to see some improvement next time I order again.I recommend you give them a shot, and see for yourself!

Might be good but not opening until five lost you a HUGE order of sushi. Why answer your phone at 430 to place a takeout order for after 5 and say you cant take an order? That is bad business. Your food is good but a business will FAIL with poor service no matter how good the food tastes. I will go across the street and pay more for good service.
