The staff at this location made it a fantastic experience... Extremely friendly and we're able to customize menu items to meet dietary restrictions for members of my party. The food was fresh, delicious and served up quickly... The restaurant was clean and everything was in good condition...

Vegetarian options: Ingredients of items are clearly listed and some that contain meat can be customized with plant based options..

Dietary restrictions: Numerous items can be customized to meet dietary restrictions...

Parking: Small busy plaza with not enough parking to handle traffic at times....

So where do I start? When you walk in you can tell place is dirty trash is over filled. One of the many times I’ve been here I went in and smelled like something died in there. There are different employees every single time new young teenage girls sometime in PJs joking around. Idk who manages this place and hires people. But it’s super unprofessional as a food place. Not to mention I’ve gotten couple watery smoothies and cold food. Prices aren’t cheap I think for price point this place should be cleaner and more professional.

I'm not sure the teenager wearing a sports bra and booty shorts sitting on the prep table with her shoes on it is neither the ambiance nor hygiene standards Tropical Smoothie Cafe strives for.

Please train your staff on how to be professional. These little teenagers that your company hires don’t know anything about about customer service skills. Please inform them that if they are going to speak negatively about a customer that they should at least wait until they exit the restaurant. Do better.

Went in to get a take out order and noticed it was kinda musty, didn’t smell all that great, and saw a couple a flies flying around. But assumed it was nothing and could’ve been a garbage can (since every Tropical smoothie I’ve been to was pretty clean). I got 2 breakfast items and 2 smoothies. Order was prepared, I left, and started eating. I got the Cali flat bread & pesto wrap. I was 2 bites away from finishing my flatbread, looked down, and saw a good sized gnat just dead on the flatbread. Immediately started gagging and did not touch another piece of food or smoothie. Disgusting. If you walk into the place and it’s dark, dingy, and kinda must… trust your gut and LEAVE!! Never have I ever been disappointed in tropical smoothie till I went to this location in Oviedo. I would have taken a photo for proof but I was too damn busy trying to not throw up in my car. $25 down the drain, so disappointing. Would love a refund, but not worth going back.

The service was amazing! The girls that work there are so helpful and patient. I ordered an açaí bowl and it was delicious and quickly made. Will definitely be coming back!
