Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Tropical smoothie cafe is my favorite place to get smoothies,they have a good selection of smoothie flavors and toppings, they're fast, friendly, helpful. I would recommend this place to any smoothie lover.There's always room for improvement though. 1: they serve the smoothies in a Styrofoam cup with a plastic lid, I would recommend in order to reduce waste and help save the environment they give you the option to have a stainless steel water bottle as an extra cost option, or let you give them your stainless steel water bottle for them to pour the smoothie into. 2: I would recommend they give you the option to choose between the biodegradable straw they currently give you, a reusable stainless steel straw, or an edible straw in order to reduce waste.

Pisses me off when you spend $10 on a smoothie and it's not even full all the way to the top

I ordered a smoothie, and while it was made right away, it was left sitting on the counter while the staff moved on to prepare food for someone who had ordered after me. Even though my smoothie was already done, it wasn’t handed to me until after they served the other customer.

I then placed an order for a second smoothie and paid for it. After that, three more customers came in and ordered food and drinks—and the staff prioritized all of their orders before mine.

To make matters worse, the employee then forgot about my smoothie altogether and started chatting with a friend who didn’t even work there. When I asked if my smoothie was going to be made, she looked confused, turned to her coworker, and said, “Umm… did you make it?”

I was the first customer in the store, yet I had to wait over 20 minutes while multiple people who came in after me were served first. Very unprofessional behavior from a young and inattentive staff.

I have been coming to this location for so many years. After my recent experience here, I absolutely had to write this review. First, the store itself is so dirty, unkept, and un inviting. I was the only one in the store at 2pm on a Sunday with three employees working. None of them took the time to clean tables that still had garbage on them and the ordering station looked like they were about to vacate the premises in the near future (empty cubby holes, no drinks in the cooler, etc). The floors are so dirty and it looks like no one cares to freshen up the appearance here. Second, when you pay there is always a prompt to tip (which I always do at other Tropical Smoothie Cafes because at those locations they bring you your order to the table). Here it is, I leave a 15% tip, I’m the only one here, there’s three of them working & yet they call my name and have me walk up to get my order. What’s the tip for? They’re all joking in the kitchen and could have easily just brought my order to me. This store is pathetic. As much as I love Tropical Smoothie, this is a horrible location and I won’t be returning

This place drives me insane. This time they didn't heat up my Baja chicken. Omg, 1st time they didn't cook my food, 2nd time no chicken in the wrap, now ice cold food again.

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie thanks to the girl with the long black hair working behind the counter. She was friendly, efficient, and had such a positive attitude—it really made my day. My order was ready quickly and made perfectly. You can tell she cares about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome. Definitely hope she’s there next time I stop by!

Food has always been decent, but the last two times I've gone my smoothie has had no flavor and tasted super watered down.

Really expensive and the smoothie I got was obviously not made correctly today. Chunks of fruit in it, way too icy, and not much flavor. Train these girls better, I know for many it’s their first job. But for $9 a smoothie I expect it to be good. Really disappointed. Waste of time and money today. The wrap was ok though.

Train train train, if your name has smoothie in it make sure they know how to make them for what you charge.

Also the store is so dark and unappealing try to make it more inviting my goodness

I’ve been a loyal customer at Tropical Smoothie for years, but I have to shout out Leia for making the best smoothies I’ve ever had! Every time she makes my order, it’s absolute perfection—smooth, flavorful, and blended just right. On top of that, her customer service is amazing! She’s always friendly, welcoming, and truly seems to care about the customer experience. At this point, I might just have to ask for her schedule so I can make sure she’s the one making my smoothies! Keep up the great work, Leia!

Always kind, and food always fresh

I walked in about an hour before closing to get just one smoothie. The staff were in the back and were loudly talking about me for a few minutes before finally coming to the front. While there, I also heard one girl say the dishes she was cleaning were just being rinsed, not washed. and the other girl piped up to say she never washes them. Lovely. Id let your employees know to be a little more cognizant of how loud theyre being and perhaps reassess the cleanliness and safety of your establishment.

The staff at this location made it a fantastic experience... Extremely friendly and we're able to customize menu items to meet dietary restrictions for members of my party. The food was fresh, delicious and served up quickly... The restaurant was clean and everything was in good condition...

Vegetarian options: Ingredients of items are clearly listed and some that contain meat can be customized with plant based options..

Dietary restrictions: Numerous items can be customized to meet dietary restrictions...

Parking: Small busy plaza with not enough parking to handle traffic at times....

Kid-friendliness: Lots of options that kids will enjoy....

So where do I start? When you walk in you can tell place is dirty trash is over filled. One of the many times I’ve been here I went in and smelled like something died in there. There are different employees every single time new young teenage girls sometime in PJs joking around. Idk who manages this place and hires people. But it’s super unprofessional as a food place. Not to mention I’ve gotten couple watery smoothies and cold food. Prices aren’t cheap I think for price point this place should be cleaner and more professional.
