Shoutout to the team that worked this afternoon 7/21/25 around 2:30-3! Right after I placed my order at least 15 more guest walked in .They worked together as a team to complete and push orders out efficiently. They were also happy to switch out my smoothie. I was glad I was treated with nothing but kindness and understanding. This will always be my favorite location. Thank you for making my day
Tropical Smoothie never disappoints! Everything is delicious especially the acai bowls and smoothies. Service is great too, one time I ordered a food item ahead on the app and didn't notice the location was a different one, arrived here and realized my mistake and told the workers, they refunded me immediately ❤️

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile, and made me feel totally welcome. She was not only super friendly, but also really knowledgeable about the menu and helped me pick the perfect smoothie for what I was craving.
