Service was slow with full staff at this DQ, even though I was the only one in there. The young manager was on his phone showing his screen to another employee. The other employees (young adults/teens) didnt move to make the order until 13 minutes afterwards. Dont go here. Second time going in 6 months and the service has not improved.

This DQ was excellent in every way. Large open floorplan plus large outdoor under cover seating. Clean and comfortable. Service was great. Best DQ we have been to.
WHY IS YOUR SLASHI MACHINE FOR MAKING MOOLATTE IS ALWAYS BROKEN FOR 5 DAYS STRAIGHT WHY EVEN HAVE IN THE MENU! IF ITS THE MACHINE NOT WORKING!

Service was terrible we had to go up to the counter and get our own after 20 minutes because they forgot our order. The peanut buster tasted like a salt shaker, they wouldn't replace it and the Sundays are getting smaller and smaller, all in all a waste of 30dollars
