The kid Spencer was awesome. He was all by himself had a lot to do and still kept a smile on his face the whole time. At a time when everybody is grumpy Spencer kept a smile on his face what an awesome kid

Had my son order food and pay for it and they didn't add any thing he said like they just put what they wanted I deserve refund or remade sandwiches but they didn't give my son a receipt.totally done wrong

I went to the store at 9:35 on a Monday night. I stood there for about five minutes until I saw a worker for the gas station. And asked if someone was working. He didn’t say anything but I believe went to go look for someone. After a few minutes he returned and said he didn’t know where she was maybe the bathroom I saw her come out from the bathroom area and when she got to behind the corner she asked what I wanted. I told her the BOGzo footlong special. She said I had to order it online. When I tried it said the store was closed. It was 9:47. The store stays open till 10. I asked her if I could still get the special since I had been there almost 15 minutes at this point. She said no. So I asked her for the managers name. She said she didn’t think she was allowed to give that out. So I asked for the store phone number. She said she didn’t know it. At this point I just gave up and walked out. Great customer service

Kyle was the friendliest person I’ve met on my trip to Orlando. We joked about sleep so it sounds like he’s overworked and maybe under appreciated. He made my Gf and I road-trip by having a great heart while simply making our delicious pretzels.We need people like Kyle recognized for their efforts, he’s our last hope for great customer service.

The management should really find folks to work! 1 person trying to meet the needs of hungry folks on a time crunch doesn't make anyone happy. Not the poor employee or the customers. I didn't stick around to eat! Several others left, too. Sad when you keep a place open but don't staff it well.
