This is such a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the staff are efficient and so friendly and the facility is a treasure! And least I forget, I like the blueberry wine varieties
We got there early for our reservation expecting to be able to get a tour. Said they didn't do tours that time of day (couldn't find tour times on the website). Did wine tasting but only had e wines to taste. Food was just okay. Nothing spectacular. They did have music on a Friday night, which wasn't bad. Don't think I would go back here for dinner as it was expensive and not great quality.
Our waitress was very accommodating. The venue was lovely, peaceful, and quiet. My steak was cooked to perfection. The red pepper soup was delicious.
For a good night out with friends or just the two of you, you must try Whispering Oaks. The music is always good and the owner/employees are always friendly and fun.
We love Whispering Oaks Winery! We try to visit there every few months. Dining outside on a warm night is so relaxing! The food is always amazing, the wine is outstanding and the staff is wonderful!!! And of course, we always purchase wine to bring home!
This is the second time here - we brought 6 friends who were visiting from Michigan. The ribeye steak was excellent. The steak medallions were good, but a little over cooked. The blueberry wines our table ordered was excellent. Our server was great. Really liked the entertainment. The volume was perfect.
We found the location charming and the staff very accomdating. Our meals along with wine samplings were great. We enjoyed our meals, wine and the evening entertainment.
It was a nice evening. Glad the music moved inside since it was chilly. Food was good. Service was very nice. The wine is always worth the try. So unique- gator grapes!!
Stopped in for Valentine's weekend and got a tour from the owner Darryl Siemer. He was very informative and gave us the in and outs of blueberry wine. He informed us they have Thursday night tribute concerts and how much he enjoyed what he did. We went into the bar and got a meat and cheese platter and a sampling of each of the wines they make. We decided for a full glass of Delightfully Dry. The people in the bar were friendly and enjoyed the visit. They have rights to a Florida Gator label for their delightfully dry so we bought 2 Gator bottles and 2 regular Delighfully Dry. Thanks Darryl for taking the time with us and we highly recommend you stop in when heading for The Villages or Ocala area.
I had a party of 14 and we all enjoyed the restaurant, the live music, the food and wine. Thank you for a great evening.

We tried this place for dinner on Valentine's Day, which is probably not the best day to experience a new restaurant. The menu for the evening was all-inclusive, with a soup or salad, several entrees, a dessert, and a glass of blueberry wine or beer at a fixed price. The food was okay, but I just expected more for the $60 price.
Horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible service, food was cold, and don't get me STARTED on the wine. Award winning where? Waitress came over one time total after getting our drinks. Disappointed. We waited 2 hours to get our food and we still had some orders wrong and had to wait even longer?! The manager didn't listen when we tried to express our concerns and acted like we were an inconvenience. Maybe cook the food right and make sure the restaurant you run, runs smoothly. We had to order pizza on the way home because we were so unsatisfied. Never going back. Wouldn't recommend.
Have an excellent experience with my family. The wine tasting and server were amazing. I loved the dry wine tasting option. She explained the description and story behind each and every wine. Will make this place a regular stop on my visits to the area
The people there are extremely nice and helpful.
Went there last night. So badly disappointed. $320 later I'd never go back. Only saving grace is the wine. Horrible service. The steak was smoked not grilled. The vegetables must have been in steam tables. Mush! Bread was grilled and not fresh. Blueberry cobbler was good. We got there at 6:30 and did not get out until 8:30. Only about 10 people in the whole place. I know why now. Why would you have wall murals of mermaids in a winery. Extremely disappointed.
