Supposed to be open at 10. Stopped at 1020 to get a pretzel. Employee didn’t acknowledge me for quite a few minutes. Told me would be 10 minutes until they had something. Decided to wait. Watched her pull pretzels out of the oven 10 mins later. Went to the counter. Waited quite a few minutes to finally be acknowledged and that was by the subway employee as the Annie Anne’s ignored me. The subway employee asked her and she said something about 5 more minutes and who knows what else. Just left. Sorry I wasted so much time and won’t ever again.

Wrong gps location. It’s actually inside Walmart. Have tried going here at least 5 times and either they are closed during business hours or they just have horrible customer service and out of whatever it is that you’re asking for. Dont get your hopes up with this location.

I asked for bites and of course they did not have any. So I asked for a regular pretzel. They had one. I asked for mustard and was told they did not have any - I said subway does not have mustard? I received an attitude with the employee saying fine I can get one from over there but it’s not gonna be whatever. The pretzel was so hard I almost could not chew it.

The GPS location is wrong as it's listed near KFC. It's located inside Walmart next to Subway inside grocery side. There were no employees at Auntie Anne's during lunch time on a Monday though everything was turned on while Subway had 3 employees. You would think they would turn off the lights and screens if they were closed.
No pretzels to be seen by 5pm, employee hiding in the back avoiding work.

Good luck. Waiting at the counter was just as effective as waiting in the parking lot. In both locations, nothing really happens.I gave up and went across the street to Dunkin.

I have been coming here for several years and it seems the customer service is getting worse. And today I walk in at 3:30pm and the lady tells me she will not be making anymore pepperoni pretzels because they are closing soon. I'm so confused!!! I thought they closed at 6:00pm even though Google still says 9:00pm. Very disappointed in my visit today and several others!

I don't know how this place is still open? Lazy clerks that never want to make you a fresh pretzel! They always tell you they're out of sweet almond pretzel! I finally asked the hesitant clerk "can't you make me one?". She tried too discourage me, telling me a fresh pretzel takes at least 15 minutes to make! I told her I would come back in 15 minutes to pick it up. WTH, a pretzel shop that refuses to make you pretzels!!!???
