So glad to have found this place. What a surprise! Watermelon water was a fantastic nonalcoholic option. Love the tapas! Very fresh!

Man, I had an absolute blast, and the food? Phenomenal! During dinner, we were invited to join a game of SINGO (music bingo), and of course, we said yes. Who would’ve thought we’d end up winning not one, not two, but all three rounds we played! The atmosphere was electric, the vibes were on point, and the fun was non-stop. Definitely a 10/10 experience: not just for the food, but for the energy and entertainment. And let me tell you about Jacob the bartender, the man is a wizard with drinks! Whether you know what you want or not, he’ll craft something that hits the spot every time. Highly recommend checking this place out for food, fun, and flawless drinks.

I played SINGO and grabbed dinner, the bartender, Jacob, managed to make one of my favorite drinks that I haven’t been able to find in years, Corpse Reviver No. 2. He even gave me extra Luxardo cherries. He nailed it. I got a Gorgonzola Steak Frite, cooked medium rare. It came out perfect. Best truffle fries I have had in Florida. Christa, my server, was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, kept my drinks full and my table clean. I had a blast and everybody was singing old 90’s music. 10/10 loved this place will be back. Love the atmosphere. The staff is friendly and hilarious. Also, the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake is 😩. I ain’t even mad I lost SINGO.

Bar515 is one of our favorite places for date night. We have had a great experience each visit and the food is amazing.

So…. The bartender made the visit!
I loved my cocktail however, while the tuna was seared wonderfully fresh and encrusted nicely… I would encourage the shaft to look at The POINT Restaurant for an overall plate.
I know chefs do not like critique usually however I hope this is taken as an opportunity to grow this wonderful little business! The tuna by itself was tasty and fresh however, it was seriously Lacking in completion and accompaniment… It would have been over the moon with simply pickled ginger, a small amount of wasabi And a fried wonton for something of crunch…
I think this restaurant has great potential and I am only sharing this To see them packed and successful

Awesome home town bar with great service and a fantastic atmosphere. Food is reasonable priced, and the staff is very welcoming! Plus events like trivia night and bingo are a great way to get out of the house and enjoy some great food and drinks.

Just moved to Milton Florida. I read the reviews and thought I would check this place out for myself. Everyone was friendly, the place was alive, the guitar player was a real talent, the food was Excellent and the bar tenders were Top Notch. Best of the best. Jacob was our bar tender. Awesome guy. There was also a female bar tender that was working the other side of the bar and I could tell she was well liked also. So nothing more for this new comer to say but, TAKE A BOW TEAM! You folks killed it. 🤝🏻

This place was a joke. We arrived and there were only 4 people at the bar. We stood waiting to be seated for several minutes until my friend and I joked to ourselves that maybe we should’ve just went to Dennys, then a patron at the bar heard and nudged a guy sitting at the bar. The man IN HIS CHRISTMAS PAJAMA PANTS gets up and seats us. We were so confused. We sat down and ordered. While waiting for our food, the pajama man sat back at the bar leisurely chit chatting with the others at the bar, including a TODDLER at the bar, until he got up once to seat another couple that came in. The food was overpriced and awful. The grits were instant and lumpy. They weren’t terrible, but they definitely weren’t $34 a plate quality. The blackened shrimp and fish were both so over seasoned and overcooked that they tasted like salty leather. After paying over $80 (plus a tip), we left and went to Sonic. The only thing that was okay was our female server. She was kind and attentive enough, but the rest of those employees need to learn some professionalism and how to cook.

I’ll be the first to write a bad review. We’ve lost touch with our customers after firing 3 popular employees. Give our admin page a follow as we bring back trust and connect with our patrons.

Wonderful food, music, and atmosphere!! My bf and I were just saying that we’ve never been here and had bad food. Always delicious! Drinks are top notch and the music is great! Love our go-to spot! 💞

Too expensive for snarky service from the waitress who told us to seat our selves then watched us get our own menus and silver wear as she stood in front of the bar. The same waitress told us it was a buy one get one free tapas only to be told by another waiter it was buy 2 then one free. Then a $12 cocktail served at 3/4 of full!

We used to love bar515, but it’s changed drastically over the years. Truth be told, you don’t come here for the overpriced food that’s not consistent. You come here for the people and Ashley’s drinks. We love the girls and they’ve become like family to us over the years.

Let’s chat on the food. The fries are usually soggy or way burnt. The burger has always been overcooked and flavorless. The store bought gnocchi is okay but the tiny piece of chicken is laughable and. The crab cakes, or crab meatballs because they’re so fat are not a good execution of a crab cake. The feta dip is far too salty, go to George’s and try their ricotta dip for inspiration.

Some things bar515 does well-The bloody Maria salad was amazing but it’s off the menu. The other salads are consistently good and the dressings. The wings are a nice safe addition that has been consistent. The truffle ribeye is good but I’m not sure the $49 price point is justifiable when for a bit more you have Jackson’s, Grand Marlin, The District, etc., bar515 is not in their league.

The one thing that has always been constant and the reason we always came back, is the smiles on Ashley, Dani and Taylor’s faces and their ability to curate a great experience. As someone who works from home, it’s nice to have familiar faces over the years and have a genuine rapport. There’s also no competition for Ashley and Dani’s drinks. None. Their crafted cocktails are art and they’re able to customize anything and make into a mocktail too.

This past month everything feels different and fake. They have chat GPT or an ex wedding planner doing their social media because what the heck is that? This is a Pace/Milton, not Mar a lago, lol. It’s very cringey and you can’t help but laugh.

Also haven’t seen Ashley up there since her bday, so something has changed.

I hope some owner/leadership changes happen and they can recover. So much potential but it seems someone is money hungry and just worried about pushing out mid food and changing around their staff for the worse.

Godspeed to Ash, Tay and Dani as they’re the faces of this place and work their tail off.

** not a conflict of interest as I don’t work here or own a competing business, LOL. Clearly someone is upset seeing honest feedback from patrons who have spent thousands here. Try improving the food and perhaps how you receive criticism.

JW Local

We live locally and always enjoyed coming here. Recently, it has become evident that our regular staff seem to be getting pushed out. It is a real shame considering the staff who have been here for so many years are much of the reason many of us like to come to 515. Really hope that management recognizes their mistakes before continuing to ruin what was once a great spot.
