I want to start this review off by saying that there is NO conflict of interest between myself and this restaurant. The owner seems to think that is the way to get her negative reviews removed. I am not a rival business owner, nor a salty ex-employee. I’m simply a patron who has spent YEARS and LOTS of money coming to Bar 515.
Let’s start with the food. It was the best when Jason was still in the kitchen, I said what I said. This is nothing against the guys in the back now, but the food has gone down hill. Anything cooked on the grill/flat top tastes burnt or just extremely charred. Steaks don’t come out the correct temp. And that feta dip? Garlicky as hell. They do have some strong contenders though. The smash burgers are fantastic and same with the chicken gnocchi. The brunch isn’t too shabby either, love the biscuits and gravy! Although, the menu changes the second you find a favorite item (miss you Caesar salad & Mac and cheese).
But, forget the food (even though it’s hard to forget considering how much money you’re spending on it), what I went for were the people. My boyfriend and I went at minimum once a week, but it was common for us to make two or three trips some weeks. We LOVED seeing our people up there. Getting to chit chat with such a personable staff can really keep customers returning. I love to try new drinks and often was indecisive on what I wanted, but Ashley & Danielle always found a way to make the perfect drink for my mood. If the bar was too busy, we loved getting to be served by Taylor because she was always so easy going and made our experience that much better.
As a long time customer, I’m so sad to see that ownership doesn’t know what they had before it was too late. I have even spent the last 3 years bringing in the new year here! I know that I will not be returning after seeing how the staff has been treated and the blatant disregard the owner had for what the patrons truly want. I will also no longer recommend this place to any friends or family. If this review survives the owner trying to take it down and anyone sees this, save yourself the money and try somewhere else like Cosse’s or Blackwater Bistro.

My friends and I came in Saturday night for the first time, and we had such a great experience! The live music created a fun atmosphere without being too loud — we could still chat easily. We tried a few of the fall drinks, and they were AMAZING! Our server, Victoria, was so attentive and an absolute pleasure to interact with. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Victoria Ferrera was an outstanding waiter!! Fast, efficient, and respectful. My wife and I came here and ordered the blackened redfish, and the surf n’ turf cajun pasta. Great service overall will be coming back in the future!

Went here to grab a quick bite and drinks with a friend and we both loved it! The service was great, delicious food and an atmosphere that's perfect for date night or catching up with your friends! We did tapas but will be back for dinner sometime.

Went for brunch and ordered the biscuits and gravy. It said it comes with eggs and bacon. I was not expecting it to be all in one. I had hopes for traditional biscuits and sausage gravy, which this is not. The biscuits were fresh and toasted on the inside, the gravy was more of a sauce which they seemed a little stingy with, and the eggs were cooked well. The bacon seemed to be a single piece that was cut up into small pieces. All in all it was not what I was expecting and $18 seems a little on the high end but it was a good dish.
My wife ordered the traditional breakfast also for $18 and seemed to get a bit more food. Eggs and bacon were cooked well. Potatoes were crispy and had great flavor and the biscuit was seemed fresh.

Good food, great servers, local place. We've been twice and it's solid.
Not only were the drinks and food fabulous but the employees were amazing! 7 of us were stuck out in a rainstorm from a motorcycle ride. We were all soaked to the bone and freezing! we stopped here to have a drink and some food and wait the storm out. The bartender who was working on 8/24/25 with short blonde hair deserves a raise! She saw me and the other girl freezing and went to her car and got us her own personal sweaters to wear Her, as well as the sweet waitress that was working were great. We didn't know this little gem of a place existed but now it will permanently be on our list for future rides!

My husband and I ate here last night, and I'm literally losing sleep over this. I was ordering tapas because they were buy two get one free. I was going to include brussel sprouts, and really wanted them, but it was pointed out that these came with the prime rib my husband was ordering, so I picked a different veggie. The prime rib came out with broccoli, not brussel sprouts. He had ordered his prime rib medium, and literally couldn't even eat half because it was burnt and straight red on the inside. The server was dismissive, and we're non confrontational, so I paid $120 for this and am pretty sure that included being charged for the 3rd tapas that should've been free. The server literally said 'we all have an off night so you understand, right?' The two stars is only because we have had much better dinners here in the past.
