I ordered an ice cream cake online for this location. They were out of the ice cream flavor I chose online but called me to pick another and they had way more options available and I was able to actually get my favorite one instead. The cake came out perfect and I appreciate the diligence put into it!
Pretty decent but definitely overpriced for what you get.
Always out of everything, and from what they say the GM does not care nor does he actually do his job an make sure they keep stuff in stock
I would personally give them like a zero if I could they never have any flavors of ice cream now except for the basic ones like chocolate and vanilla. They’re always out of everything. They refuse to restock it. They always say we’re not gonna put it out. The ladies are always somewhat nice, but kind of ridiculous at the ice cream store. That’s biggest thing is how many flavors they have never have anything besides anything basic
I really want to say what a wonderful job Holly (I think that was her name) done today at store 4804 US 90 Pace, FL.
She was very nice and friendly despite the face that she was left working in the store for 2 hours by herself with no help! She was still working hard getting the customers from inside the store and drive thru, she done an amazing job! I waited on the manager to come to work so that I could tell him what an amazing job she had done and how proud I was seeing her working in that type of situation. He was friendly at first but then he was trying to be cocky towards me as I was telling him about my experience today at his store. I believe she derives a rise and he needs an attitude adjustment! She knows what she is doing but as for him on the other hand he needs to come off his high horse and treat people better with respect. I’m praying for you Holly, even with all the stress and rude customers you done Phenomenal! ???

They are apparently out of every flavor… unbelievable.
Walked in on a busy Friday to be greeted by Katelynn who was working both the register and window. Service was great and of course tasty.

My 8 year old son asked me to give this place 0 stars. My husband took him here to get an ice cream cake for his birthday. When he tried to pay with a $50 bill, they refused and asked if he had any smaller bills, like 20s, since they didn’t have their “pen”. Mind you, the cake would’ve been $40. Logically thinking- they wouldn’t have been able to accept any cash if the “pen” statement was thought through. Thanks for upsetting my autistic child. We took him to Walmart he spent that $50 CASH on cake, books and toys! Do better!

Absolutely loved the service!! Rebecca was our server, and she was such an welcoming soul. After I ordered my cone with bubblegum and cotton candy, she complimented me for my choice of whipped cream and also recommended the sprinkles! She said that it was a really good combo, and I wholeheartedly agree! Looked pretty with its pastel colors and tasted really good! Would absolutely come again sometime.

THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING. I waited for 20 minutes and then was told the ice cream was too hard / melted right away and broke down? Literally it is the worst experience every time I go…. thinking maybe it will be different this time. Do not waste your time going to this place.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Went to get one medium milkshake after Sonic (in Pace) basically gave us milk instead of a milkshake.Walked in and was not greeted. Waited over 5 minutes trying to make eye contact with anyone. Guy at the counter took someone else's order that came in after us, instead of letting them know that we haven't been helped yet. Finally a woman asked us if we have been helped yet and we replied "No, not yet." And then she just walks away.We walked out. Blows me away that people work in the service industry and don't even want to serve.
Last time I came here, they had no cones, only cups. Not that big of an issue. Until after I paid and recieved the ice cream for me and my son, they inform us they were out of spoons.
All I ever want is a mangonada and this store is constantly out, you would think management would order enough supplies to not be out of product all the time.
Attempted to order ice cream at the drive thru on 2/20/2023. My Mom asked for chocolate peanut butter and was told they didn't have any in stock. We asked what flavors they had available and were told, "due to company policy, if you want to know what flavors we have, you have to come inside." I said, "we are disabled." The employee didn't say anything else so we decided to leave. My mother & I are chronically ill and disabled. We were not able to go inside the restaurant. Very disappointed in Baskin Robbins & will not be back. The flavors are not listed on the drive thru menu and each flavor we asked for wasn't available. How are customers supposed to order if we don't know what is in stock?
