I really want to say what a wonderful job Holly (I think that was her name) done today at store 4804 US 90 Pace, FL.
She was very nice and friendly despite the face that she was left working in the store for 2 hours by herself with no help! She was still working hard getting the customers from inside the store and drive thru, she done an amazing job! I waited on the manager to come to work so that I could tell him what an amazing job she had done and how proud I was seeing...

Absolutely loved the service!! Rebecca was our server, and she was such an welcoming soul. After I ordered my cone with bubblegum and cotton candy, she complimented me for my choice of whipped cream and also recommended the sprinkles! She said that it was a really good combo, and I wholeheartedly agree! Looked pretty with its pastel colors and tasted really good! Would absolutely come again sometime.

This was not a pleasant experience for me and my 7 grandkids. It was at the Milton, Fl store. It looked like all the ice cream had melted and all the liquid was refroze. I cant believe they sold this nasty looking ice cream. I worked at BaskinRobbins in 1977 and had the owner seen that, we would have all been fired.
