I went through the drive thru on 12/11, for breakfast. The lady at the window was very friendly & nice. She seemed to be enjoying her job. Food was hot!

I got a bacon king meal with pickles added and a medium have-sies. The bacon was burnt to a crisp and I didn't even get my pickles on my burger. My have-sies were cold. I was told to pull forward because they we're waiting on the onion rings but they certainly were not fresh. Only 3 onion rings were in there. The fries old, and cold as well. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Came through drive-through ordered two double cheeseburgers, one halfies and one fry. Got my order, grabbed a french fry. The all of them was cold and hard not fresh really disgusting.. so I went back through drive-through told them by the time I got back to the front she already had more french fries bagged up. I already know she just took the remaining fries and dropped them back in the grease. I asked for fresh fries. I don’t care if I had to wait. I paid $21 for this order. If I’m paying that much, I want some at least fresh fries. I heard everything the girl had to say she mocked me. “She said they were. They were cold.” Her name was Izzy. I will never be coming back to this location. Terrible service, terrible manners, and the food was cold. If she would’ve just gave me some fresh fries like I asked, I would not be making this post. SMH

Doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week, this location is THE WORST. Period. I can’t even count how many times I ordered a DOUBLE CHEESEburger and only had one piece of cheese on it. Even had a manager argue with me that it has always come with one piece of cheese as she yelled in front of the menu photo of the burger itself showing two pieces on it. It was almost laughable at that point. The fries and onion rings they will drop back in the fryer MULTIPLE times just to avoid making new. And anytime there is a promotional item? Forget about it, they won’t have it. Constantly lying on their drivetime handling to corporate by pulling cars up, or if there aren’t any other customers in line they ask you to put the car in reverse back to the first window and pull back up to reset the drive timer. This gets them noticed by higher ups that they are providing fast service when they absolutely are not. This location is atrocious in service, speed, and overall quality. Save your time and money, better off going to Milton..they’re much better and you will waste the same amount of gas sitting at the pace location waiting for your old incorrect food.
Firstly, we were not greeted on coming in, and it took several minutes for the young lady to come to the counter; no one working behind the counter acknowledged us, though they clearly saw us. The manager (maybe) was outside and when she came in she greeted us. I was startled because I’m thinking I didn’t even know she was a part of the team. None of her teammates behind the counter said anything to us until she came in and spoke to us, and that’s when the young girl named Ericka Villanueva (on the receipt) came to the counter and still didn’t greet us or nothing smh. I was placing the order and asked for the fiery Whopper, then Ericka told me that none of the fiery items were available anymore; that they were only for a limited time, so nothing on the fiery menu was available. Then, I asked for the frosted pink lemonade and even though there was clearly a sign showing the frosted pink lemonade (and they did have the fiery menu still up, by the way), the icee machine was right in front of me and it looked like pink lemonde icee because I just got one from the other BK like about 15 minutes away in Milton and she said that that’s actually “cherry, it’s not pink lemonade.” So, clearly this girl is a boldfaced liar. So we placed our order and when we checked the order, part of it was wrong, as we told her no pickles on the fish sandwich but there were pickles on it. Then she literally lied to my face, again, and said that she “wasn’t told no pickles.” My husband and I both said we did say, “No pickles,” and it was actually on the receipt, but she acted like she didn’t hear us anymore. When she brought the bag over to us, she didn’t apologize or anything and my husband said that she just tossed the bag on the counter. I’m glad I did not see that. There is something wrong with that young lady. She should not be working there, she should probably not work with the public at all, I wouldn’t even trust her to work with animals as a liar is one of the worst type of individuals, and for somebody to lie over something as simple as that shows me that she has little-to-no decency. What else would she lie about? I am kind of concerned about the quality of the food now as if somebody would do something like that over something as simple as food that she isn’t even making from scratch lol smh. Who lies about something like that?! That young lady has a serious problem, and she may run into the wrong person who’s gonna actually fire back at her, especially lying to somebody’s face; where I come, you do not do that unless you want a serious issue. I also noticed the young man making the food wasn’t wearing gloves when he was making the order he’d of mine, but he put some on when making my food. I lap saw another young man come inside already wearing a glove on one hand and he went behind the counter a well. Please be careful, people!!

I often visit this restaurant lunch as it's close to my job. On each visit, it NEVER fails that I have to park and take the food back in because it's not correct. When I don't have time to take it back in, you can bet when I get back to work and get the food out of the bag, IT'S WRONG AGAIN! Why is it so hard to read a ticket and get the order right for once? I throw away another $10 lunch per the usual BURGER KING TRIP. OF I have to throw away my lunch money, I think who ever is making the mistakes repeatedly, should have that money deducted from their check. IF YOU WANT A CORRECT ORDER, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THROWING AWAY MONEY, GO TO BURGER KING.
