They forgot 2 icecream cones and a sandwich meal from my order. My mom went to pick up the order on her way home she did not realize all they had left until she was home. Yes you should always check every bag when getting fast food but also why is it we always have to correct them on all the items left out that we paid for? I always double check receipt just to make sure I'm not crazy, but no yet again they charged me, we didn't get it. I brought EVERYTHING back up to store and told them I wanted it remade all the rest of the food was cold by the drive back and they refused. They treated me like a criminal like I was trying to sneak free food somehow...I literally just wanted my order. I spent almost 50$ on this order why should I have to eat half of it cold because they are incompetent? Finally they said they would refund my order but he was like BUT WE ARE KEEPING THE ORDER. Lol why would I want half of an old cold order they couldn't get right? I said uh sure. It's crazy to be treated so horribly though like immediately got treated like a scammer when they messed up! Oh and to top it off my mom asked for mayo and ketchup when she placed the order, the girl threw it in the window it's currently sitting under drivers seat still all she said was oh. Like?? I did not expect this from chick-fila very odd behavior rude experience from start to finish

With all the anticipation and wait for he upgrades. It's really not much better. Service is feeling differently (those folks are always rushing around, busy), smaller food portions (the pricing, my gosh! New-Normal) and friendliness are unfortunately slipping and have been at this location.
It's still the best fast food chain in Pace and still great overall. -1 star for the slippage, but I'll still visit on occasion!
Very friendly staff! Quick service and order filled correctly! If you can't handle children, don't go. It is the only indoor play area for kids locally. And a very reasonable place to take the family out to eat.

I am so aggravated I went to Chick-fil-A Saturday morning for breakfast. I was there at 10:13 AM and they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 AM. I place my order and wait in line FORRREVVVEERR!! I am finally up to the front of the line. One more person and I’m gone, right? All of a sudden the lady comes out and says we are out of biscuits do you want your biscuit on white bread. If I wanted a chicken sandwich I would of waited until after 10:30 to order!! Why would they let me order and wait in line for a very long time just to tell me I can’t have a biscuit!?!?! WOW!! No apologies or anything!

I shouldn’t even be giving a star at all. My children and I was waiting in line and the lady decided to take the order behind us. I told her I still hadn’t ordered and she said her co worker was gonna take our order which he was busy helping others to even take our order . I work fast food and I would never make a customer feel like she made me feel.

Great set up for parents with littles! The dining area near the play place is spacious and allows parents to keep an eye on their kiddos. The bathrooms were immaculate and the customer service was top notch, as always. What other fast food place comes to your table to ask if you need anything? We love chick-fil-a and their kind staff and wonderful atmosphere!

the play area is so small. it’s not small kid friendly cause the big kids areas on top. they have to run past the lil kids which is a safety concern. my granddaughter was knocked down multiple times to the point i sat beside her to let her play while other kids ran over us. which you can only imagine how that played out. left my order at the table with all our things to have my order cleared for from the table which wasn’t cool. it’s way to small for all the customers. please address the safety issues. thanks

Waited in line 20 mins and gave everyone behind me their order. 10 mins later they tell me to pull into a parking spot and bring me out the wrong order. Very disappointing
