First of all, I love Chili's. I have good memories with friends and family at Chili's. This time not so much. The staff is friendly, no complaints there. I ordered the Fajitas as the pictures on the menu were appetizing. We started with chips and salsa; the salsa was terribly over salted and we could not eat it. Then there was a bit of a wait and when I got my fajitas, the flavor was not there. Looked good, but not the grilled flavor; more like boiled meat. The rice on the side was a couple of days old and even the cheese tasted old. I regret not saying anything at the moment, but I did not want to upset my "date night". Also, please, please do something about the old, dirty, terrible looking carpet. The area were we were sited was a bit dark and I still could see the ugly carpet that desperately needs a total replacement, not just cleaning.

Went on a date with my boyfriend. We had ordered mozzarella sticks and we were enjoying our drinks. After our food came out and we finished eating a roach crawled out of a penne noodle on my boyfriends plate. We alerted staff and the manager was “too busy in a meeting” and would not come talk to us. They fully refunded the meal and we left. Would not recommend going here

The people who do to go are always awesome and friendly
Came in pretty late on 7/7/25 and honestly didn’t expect much since it was close to closing — but Elizabeth completely proved us wrong. She was so sweet and attentive the entire time, like we weren’t even a bother at all (even though we 100% felt like those people 😅). She made us feel welcome, kept checking in without being too much, and just had really good energy overall. If you go, seriously ask for Elizabeth. She’s awesome and made our night way better than we expected.

thought we were gonna have a chill night at chilis. 3 times they came back to say they are out of sides. out of asparagus out of mushrooms out of Mac n cheese. they even guessed at what sides we would prefer over what because they kept running out. get your self together. many many people disappointed in our group. when I walked in door ordered a drink they said they were out of and I could see it on the shelf behind bar. poor communication poor management. my poor server had to deal with this catastrophe. sweet girl!. oh and when they brought us our bill they tried to charge us for the things we ordered but they were out of and the things we had to substitute with.
