Called ahead an hour and a half to let them know we had a party of 15 coming in around 645-7pm. We get there and they decided to give our table to another big party that came in and then we were told they had no room to sit us either

Chili's used to be really good and I would eat it on a weekly basis. For the past few months they consistently get the food wrong or the food that they do give is not good quality. It looks like a fast food restaurant put my meal together. Actually that would be insulting fast food restaurants they seem to do a better job. So if you want to charge that price you need to have the quality and service to back it up. Just getting tired of the bad food. Don't think I will be back would rather spend my money somewhere else.
