Ordered meal, when it came it was not even warm. Returned it and was told priority but didn't come out until everyone else in the party was asking for a box, didn't get the fries and still was barely warm. Fries came after check was paid and we were ready to leave. Not waitress fault, at all! Clearly short staffed and spread too thin.

Drink, wrong Steak not cooked right Potatoes burned Charged Wrong by three dollars over all because I said I cannot have one of your appetizers so she didn't charge me for the Pick 3 she just went ahead and charged me ala cart for everything. I could handle all that but when she comes up to me and asked me do I have the machine figured out to pay for my bill like I'm some sort of child or blind and elderly. I asked her to please leave me alone I said I know how to use this she would not leave me alone . Jamie I just wish you would listen actively to people and not just hear whatever you expect to hear and don't please just because someone wanted to pay with cash one time and ask for a paper receipt please don't assume that I'm stupid and paying cash this time.
You see I have my tarot cards spread out ..do you think that maybe I can read past your fake pretend niceness? And seriously when someone asks you to leave them alone you really need to listen next time, really!
Just because there's one of me does not mean I don't tip well but when you treat me this way I'm not going to. There has been times when I've given a $15 tip for an $18 meal but it's because they were actively listening and it was good service but this fakeness I will not put up with anymore and I will not go back

Wonderful experience! It seems that they’ve revamped their restaurant quite a bit. The waitress was personable and efficient, the food was hot, delicious, and came out very quickly (super good fries!), the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was lively. My favorite part was to discover they have an allergen list (gluten, peanut, milk, etc.) for their entire menu! I am gluten-free, and so it’s difficult to order at restaurants without knowing what’s coated in flour. So I was very pleased to find that Chili’s is a gluten friendly restaurant!

There is this weird guy named Elmer, and he was just incredibly rude to all the servers. He refused to clean up his sections, and when a server asked him for help, he told her to cry about it. my server is amazing and the food was amazing, but Elmer made me never wanna come back
I wanted to treat the 2 Veterans in my life, my husband & FIL. So the family loaded up the day before Veterans day & had a great sit down dinner!! Service was perfect! I made a mistake on the appetizer & the server ran to the kitchen to fix it! The food , omg the food was so delicious! Appetizer to main dish to dessert!! & I gotta say their prices are affordable!! Compared to how much fast food places have inflated prices, Chilis have kept their prices down & I appreciate that!! FYI: If you go on Veterans day Vets receive a free entree.
We usually do takeout, but the food is always good. I do have a tip though, if you order a hamburger for takeout, tell them to put the bun on the side. Their burgers are so juicy that if you do not get it on the side, the bottom bun is soggy by the time you get home. They are very accommodating when you ask them to do this. I place my order online, then I call and ask for the bun to be on the side. The staff has always been extremely nice. I do wish they would bring back curbside. I know some people have mobility issues, and it is hard for them to walk inside to pick up their order. Their chili is a bit spicy, burgers are excellent, salads are good, but their potato soup……….omg it is amazing!
Parking: When they are busy, it is hard to find a place to park.
