The “manager” was rude. No one in line behind me she kept trying to rush me, I was in line for “200 seconds” like that matters to me. If it’s an issue better communication is needed. Then rude comments like “then you aren’t talking to me” as I speak to my two children who are trying to decide(my 6yr old taking the longest). Then in the last 15 seconds of the 200 seconds after she said “I’m holding up the line”. I proceeded to the window to tell her how wrong she was. And she tried to make it out like I was the problem for finally firing back with facts of poor behavior.

The other reviews don't lie. When I went on a mission to get some sausage/egg/cheese croissants w/ hash browns, they were out of sausage and croissants. Why? Those are pretty staple items. We almost left because of it. The food we did get was pretty good. Not very many hash browns in an order, though. The friendly & awesome service is what made this a 3 star rating.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. this had been my first time ordering at a dunkin so i wasn’t too sure on what to get & instead of being understanding, the lady at the window was on the microphone sighing & i felt rushed, i just ended up leaving because i felt unwelcome & as i was driving around she rolled her eyes and shook her head as she turned the other way. this was around 12pm on sunday november 16th! i will NOT be coming back and do not recommend.

I'm not sure if her name, but the manager there is nice and always takes care of me. I'm there for my hot coffee just about everyday, but two days in a row now I was served coffee that smelled bad and tasted bad, as if it was old and not made correctly. Went back this morning to get a new coffee, which they made, but it tastes exactly the same. Like a large cup of hot water that smelled bad too. Please re train your employees how to properly make things. It's coffee, it shouldn't be so hard.

I get the same thing every time this morning on what started as a bad morning as is for me just happened to be the day none of my order was good . Same coffee I order every time was just disgusting no other words ..hash browns were burnt and driest donut my kids have ever had . Already having a bad day and running behind depending on my order to make my day back on track I decided not to go back to save the hassle of anymore frustration . Idk if it was just a bad morning for everyone but do better please …

Usually mobile order and don't have too many issues but today I went through the drive through. They were out of hash browns and everything bagels which wasnt a huge deal because they did substitute bagel bites in the meal deal. The problem came with the fact that they are charging for add ons and not giving them. By the time I noticed I was already home and when I went to just fill out the survey (the same one that you can get free stuff from if you were trying to do that) the survey code didn't work and when I tried without one it said the store number is invalid so apparently this is the only way to let them know you had a bad experience. Guess I'm just going to have to be my own quality control here as they don't have any from now on

The only reason I did not give a full five star rating is because they seem to be out of the cappuccino blast base mix from time to time. One would think that on such a popular drink menu item that this would not happen. I have walked out of the store more than a few times with nothing because of this.

Nice selection of hard ice cream. Recommend having it in a waffle cone. Staff was friendly and patient as it was our first time stopping for Ice Cream. Grabbed a half dozen donuts which we enjoyed with coffee the next morning.

What in the world, Dunkin? You’re literally a DONUT shop and somehow managed to be completely out of donuts. That’s like going to a pizza place with no pizza. Huge disappointment—I walked in expecting options and left with nothing but frustration. Do better.

Please don't make your employees work with no AC in August for god sakes also... Stop the insanity of insisting that we cannot use our own cups for the coffee because people are allergic to the wax that is coating your coffee cups and cannot tolerate a constant allergic reaction to things. I'm sick and tired of explaining that I'm allergic to the wax because it's derived from corn which is in everything It makes it impossible to live in this world sometimes. Please allow us to bring our own cups in for coffee there's no reason why you shouldn't in every reason why you should.

I did a door dash order and they just piled all my donuts in a bag and there is no frosting on the donuts and it was just a mess, the food is cold and the hash browns are not even cooked all the way

The coffee usually tastes fine, but my issue is that they almost never add the cold foam to my drink at this location. It’s annoying to pay extra for something and never receive it. Yes, I could point it out every time but it could just be done correctly to start with and save everyone a hassle.

We live right behind the Dunkin here in Pace. we always try our best to support this business because your employees are the nicest people. I have been here evey single day snd I mean that EVERY day this week since last Tuesday ordering the same thing on my way out to see the town. we have family in town and with construction going on I know yall are losing business! So of course we come in with our family being here. Today I order the SAME thing I have always ordered this last 6 days in a row. the 5 dollar meal and with the iced coffee we add vanilla. its an upcharge which is so fine with me. yes please do charge me. you should. Your manager today would NOT do it. she just flat out refused to do the order the exact way its been rung up the past 6 days. How on earth does this work? You all are losing so many customers and your loyal ones you turn away? Make it make sense? I showed the receipts where we were just charged the extra for syrup and sugar and she still wouldnt do it. I dont get it? So instead of just not charging me the extra money which brings MORE money into your store - she said I dont know why they did this and they shouldn't be so now you lose out on a 62 dollar order? Please help me understand why this woman is your manager? It makes no sense at all. I see dunkin being on strike lately for 25 an hour you know how you are able to pay them 25 an hour. Charging people just like you should so you can pay them. Not say 'no to 1.65 then we leave and you miss out on over 60 bucks'. Unreal. I have never in all my life met someone so dense. If this was my franchisees she wouldnt be allowed to run my store. over 1.65. unreal. just ring it uo the way it is supposed to be. we didnt ask for anything free im we'll aware you will charge me MORE and we said ok. and she said no to the order. And shes the manager. if shes in charge I can completely understand why we have seen so many employees in and out of this place. I wouldnt want to work for someone like this either
