Great coffee I love to get a frozen coffee and I request it with no sugar added. If they use the yellow no sugar button on the ice machine then the only sugar in it should come from the coffee syrup ❤️

I really try to support this business. However, they just can’t seem to get it together. Let’s start with management. Every time we visit this location they are out of half the items. Cups, lids, straws, flavors, foods. Whew it’s a mess. The workers. There’s like 2 decent ones. Half the staff is rude and arrogant for absolutely no reason, especially when they can’t even handle the basics of the job. Food. Every single time I’ve ordered food from this location, I've been given the complete wrong food order. On multiple times I’ve been served completely FROZEN food! The location. It’s usually disgusting in the lobby. Like no one around inside and all the tables are filthy. Couldn’t sit down to eat if you wanted.
Today’s issue, your drive thru worker this afternoon is grossly rude. Doesn’t greet people, gave no receipt with the order & just closed the window & walked away.
Please do an overhaul on this place. The Pensacola location is amazing!!

When in the Dunkin Donuts ordered donuts, but they must have gave us the wrong box. Nope, that's impossible. We were the only ones in there. But they got the order wrong. Avoid it, don't go there today. Stupid people will be on a counter. No, we did eat most of the donuts, but that's the reason for food being a 2. There are old donuts, dry hard. My God, can I not make donuts like they used to oops? No, they can't because they have to be frozen. I have a friend of the thawed out otherwise they wouldn't have had to cook it.

Stopped in to get the new lava colada drink after work yesterday… the young gentleman that took my order was super nice, and did a really good job making my drink! We were both shocked at how well it turned out, that it was picture perfect lol I even told him that it looked better than the ones on commercial 😊 He even posed for me so I could take a picture! Super nice guy, and a great personality!

Only a traveler, but Ive been here 4 times in my visit and every time it has been DELICIOUS!! Coffee made right and donuts soft and fresh. Very friendly staff.

This place has been doing good IF you go during the day. DO NOT goat night, they take your order don’t type jt in and tell you to come to the window. I knew they were going to mess up my order but I didn’t want to cause problems. I come to Dunkin EVERYDAY for the past 4 years!!! For the amount I pay for my coffee it would be nice if these new hires would actually pay attention instead of not listening. Making a coffee isn’t hard. Wasn’t even busy just lazy people

For an establishment that is right on the otherside of Starbucks you would think they'd do their best with orders. Drinks were over filled and spilling when handed to us and not.mixed up. All the flavor was at the bottom.

No wonder they have a 2.7 rating. trash Dunkin’s!!!! I ordered a croissant with cheese and they reduced to melt the cheese. I’m like put it in the oven for 5 seconds and they said it would ruin the oven. Do they even know how Dunkin’s work? Train better people.
