I came to pick up my order and was early and the guy with the curly hair behind the counter was very aggressive with telling me I was early and he had not even touched my order. I was just letting them know I was there. And even though my order was set for 8:20 and there were 3 people in the building I had to wait 1 hr for my food because that was what was on line.. I understand people have bad days but the way he talked to me was not called for.

Small is literally a 4" bun. I asked for no pickle.. it was placed on top and got home with pickle juice all over. It was $8... for a 4" small.. wasn't even a sub sandwich. I haven't been in a very long time but the bun wasn't toasted.. the entire franchise changed a lot. Never will go back.

Food is usual pretty good. Price...I just can't. $9+ for ham and cheese only?????? This is just me. My kids want FH, and I just can't pay that much for a sandwich only! If it were more affordable, we would be there a lot!!!

We ordered last minute/within a few hours of needing , we ordered their party platter for family getting into town later than originally planned. Too late to order online. We were worried it couldn't get done. They said no problem we can do it. It was excellent! Thank you so much Firehouse for showing up and out for my family! We will be back!
