“I don’t care” is NOT an acceptable way to speak to a customer. We did not receive some of the items that were requested per the online order and when we called to ask if they would be so kind as to bring us the missing items, the worker overheard a conversation between me and my husband over the missing items and replied “i don’t care” in a very rude tone i might add. Horrible customer service. I will be up there shortly.

Fast friendly service a wide selection of pizza and pizza adjacent fare. Probably better pizza to be had in the area, but not at the price or speed at which you get your food.
Minimalist but acceptable in-house dining area but it's geared more towards take out.

The worst!! I order a large cheese pizza with butter cheese crust, NO BUTTER CHEESE CRUST, wasn’t even CUT at all and cold!!! Called and was told if you bring it back up so we can look at it we can fix it!!??!! I had to cut it because the service center people hung up on me twice because they were not understanding what I was saying. I couldn’t understand them. I picked up my order cause I had transportation available, I didn’t half butt my job yall did! Should be given a credit or yall DELIVER a new one because it was YOUR MISTAKE!!! Done with Hungry Howies, Papa John’s here I come!!!

Ordered delivery. Their system messed it up and put it as pick up. I called to see why my Pizza hadnt been delivered. They said that it was changed in their system and that if I wanted it delivered, I had to pay an up charge. At this point it’s over an hour old. So I went to pick it up myself at this point. It’s about two hours old. I asked what happened to the tip if there was no driver. They said it’s theirs now. So fun. Paid a ton for old pizza and they couldn’t give any less of a crap.

When you call, you get a substation that has someone answer the phone & they can barely speak english. That's fine, but having a disability - I can't understand a word they're saying. Then you ask to get your pizza delivered to the store you called which is 2 miles from your house and they say it's not the right place so please hang up & call them. So you call 10 Miles away and they're the one that's delivering it so now my pizza gets cold when it gets to the house. Just different than it use to be.
It's annoying to pay extra for toppings that don't get put on the pizza. Either way, it was overpriced and bad. The two stars are from the rest of the family, who says it was just ok.
Awesome pizza! The flavored crusts are amazing! Come on up to Alabama! We are HUNGRY for your business to come blow away the competition! North Alabama is having a population explosion!

Did you know if you pay 5 dollars and some change for pepperoni the night shift tries to pass off 30 pepperoni as a double order then tell you thats normal. All while day shift will actually make sure you get 5.16 worth of pepperoni. Oh and if you dine in instant eye roll and a huff

if I could give negative stars I would I've always gotten a chef salad and my wife's always got a Greek well onions are frozen on both salads my wife literally had 6 pieces of feta cheese in hers and my chef salad has barely any meat and cheese it's pathetic and especially for 25 plus dollars for 2 salads
