I had a fantastic experience at IHOP, and a lot of that is thanks to Austin. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed. From the moment we sat down, Austin greeted us with a smile and provided top-notch service throughout our meal. He was quick with refills, checked in regularly without being overbearing, and made us feel truly welcome.
The food was great, but it was Austin's excellent customer service that made the visit memorable. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back, hoping to be served by Austin again.
