My kids love Ihop and each time we've been to this location the service has been amazing and the food has always been what you would expect for breakfast from this chain. No complaints but after the last visit, I refuse to go back. It was the first time being seated on the left side of the restaurant. I couldn't eat due to being distracted by the mold and dirt on the AC vents, ceilings, bathrooms, etc. It was disgusting, disturbing and alarming. The old saying - If you can lean, you can clean has been overlooked for what looks like 7+ years at this location. If you can afford commercials and movie menu collabs - you can afford to maintenance and clean your restaurants - where you store, cook and serve food.

Just want to say Ms.Jaclyn was very sweet, kind and she was generous enough to help accommodate me. I just had surgery less than a week ago and needed to socialize and she was such a sweet heart and very attentive. I would also love to thank the chef of the day Ken, the food was amazing and it was the perfect pick me up. I’m glad we decided to have brunch with you and will definitely love to come back.

Food delivery is very slope today..What gives...slow I mean. Back to Waffle house I guess...20 minutes and still no food. Food was cold..Eaitress made face behind my back...almost a 40 minute wait for food...Come on IHOP you got to do better than this...Sitted by kitchen and it was very distracting listening to employees.

Food was subpar and the restaurant was filthy.Angie our server was friendly. Not many good things to say. The biscuit was cooked on a flat top grill 😞 the sausage gravy was microwaved. I ordered sunny side up eggs both yolks come out busted. My opinion as a restaurant manager I would have never allowed my server to bring eggs to a table a looked like that

Went in sat and waited to be seated, nothing. Was seen by girl working there who said nothing at all to us while we talked out loud about if there was a service bell. Waited a few more minutes and then left to village inn.
