Took 10 mins for someone to finally take my order which was just for the $5 3-pc tenders box-took 30 mins-person that ordered their meal after me for his family of 3 got his order 1st. When I asked about my 3-pc tender & mash potato (for 1), informing the young man I had ordered before the party receiving their food the answer was oh they’re making more tenders should be ready soon-told him it would have been nice to have informed the customer about this-when I was finally given my food the young lady offered no apology until I told her they should have been courteous enough to have informed the customer why there was such a long delay -never going back-flippant attitude

Who Cares

A pleasant surprise, I usually avoid KFC past few years do to bad experiences. Plus being pricey for what you get. Last week I decided to give this location a try. My order was fresh including the fries and tge price was reasonable. As a added bonus the staff was polite, although not particularly knowledgeable of what they sell. Regardless the food was fresh at a good price and I revisited 2nd time and same quality food.

This is the second time in a row that we have been shorted a chicken breast on a 12 piece meal. So I am paying outrageous prices already and being shorted. And isn't it funny how it's always the largest piece missing. Done with this place. Shady.

If I could put 0 I would. Holy hell where to begin how about with the little girl taking orders in the drive through who made me wait at the order box for 5 minutes when there was only 1 other person in the drive through. Then I get to the window and she reads the order back to me. She takes another 2-5 minutes to get me food for a mobile order that was ready before I even got there. Then I get home to find out that my food is cold and I was given the wrong chicken. That wouldn’t have been as bad if the little girl in the drive through didn’t have the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. If your reading this do yourself a favor and go 3 minutes up the road to Popeyes they will do you right.

Going out for food (unless a four or five star restaurant) is starting to lose its luster. In this case, pickup window young lady didn’t say a word. No hello or thank you. Fine, but can you at least get my order correct? At least you had three pot pies left @8PM, but my order was missing food. The only thing you exceeded my expectations on was the in-sweet tea. It wasn’t sour.

The drive thru person was impatient while I was trying to get my grandson's order and the person who put our order together forgot 2 items and while she acknowledged that it was her mistake she didn't apologize; in fact she was very abrupt even though neither the drive thru nor the lobby was particularly busy.
