A pleasant surprise, I usually avoid KFC past few years do to bad experiences. Plus being pricey for what you get. Last week I decided to give this location a try. My order was fresh including the fries and tge price was reasonable. As a added bonus the staff was polite, although not particularly knowledgeable of what they sell. Regardless the food was fresh at a good price and I revisited 2nd time and same quality food.

The drive thru person was impatient while I was trying to get my grandson's order and the person who put our order together forgot 2 items and while she acknowledged that it was her mistake she didn't apologize; in fact she was very abrupt even though neither the drive thru nor the lobby was particularly busy.

I understand wait time because I'm in the retail customer service business, but I also identify the lack of trained employees and excellent customer service and I was disappointed at this location and a very busy location was having trouble and issues with taking care of pre-order customers and to go and pick up customers. I choose to get it to go.
