I have really enjoyed this place as well as the location in Pensacola. Quick note - a couple visits lately have had a strange plastic type taste with some items (rice, beans, ground beef). Wondering if it could have to do with storage containers needing to be replaced!

Should have more available sides like cucumber, radishes and sauce to choose from. There is too much competition to be offering the bare minimum. Seems like the 13 year old is the only one able to understand English. Kind gives a Mexicans only vibe. Food was meh!

Closed as we were walking up, even though it was only 7:50 and it says they close at 9. Seemed deliberate. Have no parking, and only have a dirt road to pull in and out of, that is incredibly bumpy and uneven. Food is not bad, but WAY too much barely cooked onions are put on the quesadilla and it only tastes good without them. If you want Mexican, go up the street to the Syrenita Food Truck for delicious food with amazing service. Syrenita closes at 8, and they still served us when we arrived a minute before closing after being rudely shooed away by this place. Plus, they have parking and places to sit with shading umbrellas, a nice touch. Syrenita seems to actually care about their customers, unlike here.

Tried all the food trucks in Pace and Milton. This one is the best for tacos!! Most authentic and reminds me of home!
Asked for birria tacos. Dipping tacos as everyone else knows them as. Gave us the wrong type of tacos and made it seem like it was my fault for ordering the wrong thing and told me if I wanted birria tacos I would have to pay for them again. Even though they messed up our order.

This is my all-time favorite go to place. I absolutely am addicted to this food truck. I get the same thing every time. Five chicken tacos on flour tortillas with lettuce tomato cilantro onion and cheese. And then I get extra extra red hot sauce. And it is hot! Never ever had a bad experience. The food is always phenomenal. I don’t know how they season their chicken but my God, this is the best chicken I’ve ever had in a taco. And the portions are huge. I love Miss Rosalina !! I eat here at least four times a week…. Not including the nights that I work and I order it on my lunch. Being the fact that I work down the street at Grocery outlet, this is definitely my saving grace. I would definitely eat here for breakfast lunch and dinner if I could. I’m so happy this place is still in business and continuing to thrive! If you haven’t tried this food truck, you need to. You will not be disappointed at all!!!! ❤️👌🏻
