This is my all-time favorite go to place. I absolutely am addicted to this food truck. I get the same thing every time. Five chicken tacos on flour tortillas with lettuce tomato cilantro onion and cheese. And then I get extra extra red hot sauce. And it is hot! Never ever had a bad experience. The food is always phenomenal. I don’t know how they season their chicken but my God, this is the best chicken I’ve ever had in a taco. And the portions are huge. I love Miss Rosalina...

Amazing Mexican atmosphere, amazing music, amazing customer service. The waitress I received was so welcoming and kind. I ordered the birria tacos and they were absolutely delicious, the flavor was there and they had the perfect amount of cilantro and onions on them. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends. 10/10 recommend.

This place is unreal! So good! I think she was the owner, but she was super friendly and caring and engaging with the customers, the food was super tasty! We will 100% be back ❤️
