Just the most awful place to order from. This location is notorious for being the worst of all the McDonald's in our area. I almost always have horrible experiences here. I've waited 30 minutes in store where I've repeatedly tried to get someone's attention and they blatantly ignore you. Another guy was also getting ignored and all he needed was the milk they forgot in his kids meal. Just today, I placed a mobile order for breakfast. It was maybe 5 minutes before 10:30 (last I heard McDonalds was all day breakfast so I didnt think about it). Anyways, I places the order no longer than 6 minutes before arriving and they tell me they cannot fill my order because I have to be at the window by 10:30. The store was totally dead and they didn't care that I wasn't getting my food. I left with a 20$ pending charge still on my card!

For it to be not busy they have bad customer service and they are worried about a timer then pushing out good food they boy talking about he doesn't care about if I make a complaint or not like really yhese are the people you guys hire to deal with customers same on you all McDonaldsafyer making me drive around I still sat at the window and was waiting along time for my food

I've given this McDonald's a try 6 or 7 times and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. The wait is always long and they never seem to get my order right. I only get iced coffee and yet the flavors always wrong or they forget to stir or they don't ring me up right. It's a constant problem every time. I'll sooner go to the Avalon location before I stop by this place again

Not enough People working to be able to service customers in a manner that should be for fast food. It's slow food, not fast food because there's not enough people there to do the jobs.People were friendly, but they weren't friendly enough to come.And sake you for the delay and in the wait.But the food was good.I got a big bad combo and it was good

Im not one to complain much when it comes to restaurants, but this McDonald's has some of the worst customer service of any around. Eveytime I come here there is always a problem. This time we went through the drive thru and set there for 5 minutes because no one ever came on the speaker. So we pull forward, to only catch the girl on her phone. Then she wants to say my truck won't register because it's too big. Which that is a lie because it's never had a problem before. She was caught not doing her job and wants to blame my truck. Lol... It's not just this time, but everytime, we have ever went here. Totally uncalled for

I'm writing this as I'm waiting for my 45 minute mobile order. Either shut this location down or get some help, hands down the shittiest Mickey D I've ever been to. The lady manager with the star tattoo on the chin isn't any help either. Stood for over 10 mins before I had to speak up about my food because no employee acknowledged me.

I deliver and make stops at every single restaurant in town and this one is the worst. Every single time I come in nobody helps or even sees people up front. Today at the drive thru waited and then someone pulls up to the second lane and they get assisted but not the main line I was in. Today I watched someone take ice from one cup and put it into another cup of drink that was just open on a counter. It doesn't matter if there are 3 people or 23 nobody ever knows what is happening. I used to give grace and benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. I understand the store gets busy... But nobody here ever is paying attention to the front of the store and even if you say HELLOOO CAN I PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME they ignore you completely. I am patient and polite but you guys really need to pay attention to your customers. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's.

Usually I'm not one to post reviews that are negative because hey, stuff happens. But honestly out of the last ten times I've been here, nine times the order has been wrong. I've had better service pretty much anywhere else. They're the closest McDonald's to home, but I honestly should've learned my lesson long ago. You know it's bad when anyone you talk to has similar opinions about a specific place. Save yourself the trouble, travel a bit deeper into pace for your McDonald's fix.

Did a mobile order for the one down the street. Selected the correct location multiple times. The app INSISTS you only order from the closest location to you. When I arrived at the place I thought I ordered to they said they couldn't do anything to go to the other store. I went and BACK tracked to this store. I asked for a refund and they said I had to go to the mobile app. Buyer beware, the mobile app instructs all refunds be processed at that location no matter if it was placed in store or online. The only time you don't go in store is a third party like Uber eats. No online contact whatsoever oh and icing on the cake??? The store number at this location is disconnected. Review bombing both stores for lack of help with this issue and the mobile app for not just letting me select which store I want to order from.

Food was hot and fresh.
Only suggestion is to toast the muffin. My egg McMuffin was not toasted.... but it still tasted very good and fresh.
