This is getting a one star review for the pay. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES! This McDonald's is advertising for MANAGEMENT at "up to" 12 dollars an hour. So you can be a manager at McDonald's and make less money in an hour than it costs for one of their value meals. Apparently in the panhandle bosses just expect you to live in poverty. At 12 dollars an hour a manager at this McDonald's would qualify for food assistance in Florida. And be almost 500 dollars below the threshold for that assistance. This McDonald's is literally hiring people to put on SNAP benefits.

Pitiful! Drive thru was a joke. The girl taking the order had no clue and made me repeat the order three times. The vehicle in front of us received all their food but we had to wait a long time for french fries. While the vehicle behind us received all of their food. How can you not have fries ready at McDonald's.

No one was at the front counter when I went in there. I was in there for at least 10 minutes before I just left. I stood there talking to a lady. She even said when she came in she waited on someone to come over to the register to take her order. I wasn't gonna stay any longer someone should have been watching out for customers coming in the restaurant. That's why I give them 1 star. Do they deserve that ummm probably not. Very disappointing.... I really wanted a fish fillet meal. Oh well maybe next time I'm ok that side of town I will try it again.
I just left McDonalds and ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce. I had to wait about 20 minutes for it. I got home and opened the box and it was a Big Mac but instead of beef they put chicken patties on it. I tried to call them but the number doesn't work. My sandwich went in the trash. Also it was 7:30 at night so they were not busy. This was the McDonald's in Pace, FL on Woodbine Road.

They have added two lanes but more of the time cant service them both. Youll sit in one an watch multiple cars go through the other with their orders

Went in today. There was a really bad smell in the lobby so we had to eat outside. Best thing about today, Madison. Very helpful and very happy to be working there. Overall, the people are very nice, but really was bothered by that smell. The food was sufficient and warm and they did not miss anything.
