best mcdonald's ive ever been too i have never had a problem here and the food is fresh and delicious and the staff are very nice and easy to deal with

They lie about their ice cream machine being shut down. A young girl was working the cash register and went to make the three shakes we had asked for. The older lady said that oh, it’s broken down and nobody’s made any shakes, but you can try. The young girl went back there and made three of them with no problem. Pretty sure the old lady looked pissed the whole time. Went back the next night and of course they told us it was broken down again.

Usually this is my favorite store. This morning they didn't give me my hotcakes and their phone number is disconnected so I can't call.
I didn't eat here but while I was waiting for a Doordash order, I witnessed a customer being very rude to the kid working the counter. He was doing the best he could as was the rest of the staff. I understand being hungry but taking it out on someone who is literally running around handing out food is unacceptable. Nick was very calm and courteous even though the customer was being a true Karen. Great Job Nick. Keep up the great job.

The floor was sticky, the restrooms were dirty, and the time that it took to make one happy meal was almost half an hour. They're understaffed, disorganized, and not trained to correct issues immediately after they are found. They were also handling food with bare hands and not washing their hands after being at the register and handling money.

As big as McDonald's is, they keep going up on their prizes and changing their menu and for someone that need a lot of fast food, when you go in from time to time and see that big of a change with no improvement on the taste or anything else; it's a huge letdown!

This drive thru is so slow. I sat at the drive thru for an average of 20 minutes each visit. I sat there waiting on my turn to order breakfast just for the menu to turn to lunch menu. The wait should never be that long. If I miss the breakfast window, it should be because I'm late. Not because they're that slow.

I ordered online waited in car 7 mins then came in still no food ready, other people waiting , this manager black chic brown bad wig on told everyone she just got here and wait...ok we waited now I'm going on 22 mins got food at 28 mins, paid extras for onions, mayo and tomatoes was not on sandwiches the wig manager just stopped talking and walked away mid convo when I asked why she said you told me she was getting your sandwich.... horrible customer service , multiple customers in line with issues and she remained the same nasty , rude and glueless wig....sad but true, total 45 mines for 2 sandwiches they were iut of Hi-c the orange and all juice still did not get extr onions and wig manager was so nasty and rude to all in line waiting for their paid food.
