Night shift women staff/manager are rude. Gave wrong order twice and had a nasty attitude about giving the right one.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The staff was rude. I was trying to decide what I wanted to eat, and every two seconds they said something along the lines of “can I get you anything else?” “Is that all for you today?” Over and over. Then they changed the screen on me so I couldn’t see the menu as if I was done ordering even though I wasn’t. They did not even give me any sauce for my nuggets even though I asked for it. Then when I tried to pull up to the window and ask for the sauce, they would look out the window and see me but just ignore me. They also burnt the food. Absolutely uncalled for. I used to work at McDonald’s and so I know how to not burn a cheeseburger, unlike these untrained hooligans.

When I tell you this place is horrible that is showing grace. The staff is rude. The food is never right, but it is never busy. Because it is horrible. They mess up the order every time. So why did I go back? Great question, because we are moving and our house is empty. I was in a hurry and everything else had lines around the building. I figured how hard could it really be. Apparently, the lady handling the job of putting everything together was lost in dream land because she doesn’t know the difference in sweet tea and unsweetened tea. Also, how hard is it when you go to make a burger to just SKIP THE LETTUCE!!! And not to mention getting in and out of there you have to make at least two U Turns. So to make trips back is frustrating. I have worked customer service and I have worked fast food. Seriously, just skip the toppings. And then when I bring back my completely messed up order, you want give attitude. Had you paid attention the first time, I would’ve not had to come back. But your food is $30 for 3 meals. The very least you could do is get it right. It wasn’t complicated, I just didn’t want lettuce. And taking it off doesn’t fix it. The lettuce was brown and slimy so you taking it off still left the gross behind.

The drink area was extremely gross, tables not wiped down, my feet could slide on the floor like a slip and slide. And there is NO A/C! That is a saftey hazard to people

There was this McDonald’s in Clio, Michigan, that had way better customer service that should be the gold standard for all McDonald’s across the world, especially this petite blue eyes brown haired cashier who was nothing but exceptional. Not your best work down here in Pea Ridge McDonald’s. 1/5 Stars very disappointing…

Ridiculously slow. No reason for it

Whatever you do, do NOT choose curbside pick up when ordering through the app. You will be waiting at least 15-20 minutes. I understand being short staffed and busy, but I watched several people come and go through the drive thru after I arrived. After 20+ minutes I had to walk inside to get the food. Zero acknowledgment for the long wait time or the fact that I had to do in store pickup just to be acknowledged.Most McDonald’s are meh, this one is no different. Morning staff, food, and service is much better than afternoon.
