Time and time again we give this location a chance but they never get the order right, even when GOING back in there for a remake of a McDouble with cheese ketchup and onions ONLY . And it was repeated back three times still made cheese ketchup and EXTRA pickles….. the last time I will eat at this location. Cause everytime it’s the same. Last time I got the daily double that was supposed to have tomatoes on it and got mayo (an excessive amount at that ) and cheese…..

I told my husband I wasn’t going to get anything cause I knew it wouldn’t be right and sure enough the same experience time and time again.

Consistently the slowest location you will ever encounter. If you order inside or pickup mobile be prepared to easily wait 15-20min everytime. Such a poor experience.

01/11/2026 10am. I am a rewards member, I placed my usual order. I always order the same thing a large mocha frappe With one or two sandwiches depending on day. My order was put in incorrectly. I noticed after getting to the second window and being handed a small drink instead of a large. At the time I was dealing with the manager at the second window, but was unaware of her job title. Tried to explain that I ordered a large instead of a small, but she refused to hear me. I pull back around to correct my order. The lady who originally took my order, knows me from previous experiences and definitely noticed that the order was put in wrong. That is not the same thing I usually order. She then told me to go ahead and pull forward to the next window that they’ll get me taken care of. I was then faced with the Manager. She told me that girl doesn’t have the power to do that, that she’s not the manager. Then I asked are you the manager She replied yes so then I tried to explain the situation from start to finish, but she refused to hear me. She mistaken, my frustration due to the situation for aggression. When I only wanted the situation to be resolved. She than close the drive thru window on me. So I parked the car and then go inside to resolve the issue. She still refused to reason with me, keep in mind this is the manager so then I asked for corporate number. She refused to give it to me, so I asked for her name and she refused to state it. The worst McDonald’s experience ever.

We were welcomed by the sweetest Lady at the register 🤗 we didn't ask her name, but she is just amazing, it was on the 3rd January 2026 at 4:20 pm 🤩 so great service and very polite and responsive!

There is a manager there that is always rude. I had to wait in the drive thru about 10 minutes then she gets on the intercom rude when I asked her does a burger come with the daily double she says that's why its called the daily double being nasty like that to customers is not necessary if you dont like customer service find another job. This isn't the first time she's been rude

These workers don’t care they just throw your food in the bag don’t wrap your burgers completely. Don’t let you know when they’re out of things just let you get to the window and check your food and it’s not in there Highly disappointed

Moring sunday at 8am Went to drive thru and been waiting for 8mins . I said hello no response and when another car pull up they had take there order. So I had to go around to the other line to order. They should have both like open to take order if not put a sign . I order 2 hash brown with no napkins and one of my hash brown had a hair . Young boy was at drive thru should wear hear net and other who have long hair should too around food . I use to work McDonald's for 8 years 4 years manger on site. This is not the right training for the crews.

Very poor service today only 3 people in restaurant took 25 minutes to make 2 chicken sandwiches forgot ketchup and coffee was ice cold went to the counter and was ignored by person filling orders at the fryer I waved and she still ignored me after 10 minutes I gave up

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The staff was rude. I was trying to decide what I wanted to eat, and every two seconds they said something along the lines of “can I get you anything else?” “Is that all for you today?” Over and over. Then they changed the screen on me so I couldn’t see the menu as if I was done ordering even though I wasn’t. They did not even give me any sauce for my nuggets even though I asked for it. Then when I tried to pull up to the window and ask for the sauce, they would look out the window and see me but just ignore me. They also burnt the food. Absolutely uncalled for. I used to work at McDonald’s and so I know how to not burn a cheeseburger, unlike these untrained hooligans.
