Had been a while since we were last disappointed so decided to try again. Can't rate the food this time cause we didn't stay long enough to order. Just walked in, got sat after 3 different people sat across the way and debated who was gonna come sit us. Then young girl finally walked over and attempted to sit 2 people that actually walked in after us. My fiance spoke up and she didn't apologize but walked us over to a table in a dead restaurant at that. I over heard table behind us complaining about meal and the waiter mentioned remake of his food which he turned down. But we took that as just another sign to leave. Will not even attempt a third time. Have no doubt they will close in due time.

I don't understand why this place isn't busier than it is. The food is decent, the staff is always helpful and polite, and for it to have a large bar area, there's never any issues that would make it not family friendly. I'll definitely keep going.

We went on 02/16/2025 at 7:20pm. We waited over 30 minutes after ordering water and two burgers with fries. The fries seemed old but were okay, the burger meat was good but the toppings were not impressive. The waitress was not very kind and seemed annoyed when we asked for simple things like extra sauce. At the end of the meal I ordered a chocolate shake and she said “I’m the only server and it may be 10 minutes” as if she wanted me to then not want a shake. I said okay it’s okay if there is a wait. When she brought the shake it was in the cup on the left in the photo, the right cup is the kids cup and the cup they have always put my Togo shakes in the past. So the shake was half the size than it used to be. We have gone here many times in the past year and each time the wait is longer, the food is less enjoyable, and the staff is a little more unhappy. The best part of our experience was the very kind man who seated us.

Wife and I are new to the area and figured we would give it a try. We almost didn't stay because of smell of old oil as you walk in. I ordered the chicken salad and wife had the avocado chicken sandwich. My salad was fine no complaints. The wifes sandwich had a hint if avocado. The waitress got her avocado on the side. The meal was OK. Not great not terrible. Service was good but the atmosphere of a cafeteria with TVs was not great .

Well we've ate at your establishment many times since it opened. Remember it was packed with people. Food and service was excellent. Over the past year have watched a steady decline both in your food and your attendance. Last 2 time's we ate there the food was terrible. Raw burgers, cold fries, bad service etc. We just ate there January 3rd 2025. It's a shame but understand why you're loosing the business. I don't know if we'll eat there again. Used to be our favorite place.

Our server never smiled at us. We weren’t a tough table. She never even came to to table to see if we needed to go boxes or brought is the bill to pay. We had to literally walk up to where she was leaning against the wall. She’s very lucky my aunt tipped her $5, I planned on leaving her $1. She caused our moods to come down and we entered in good moods. There were only 4 of us.

This is typically my go to for lunch, however this is the second time we have come and our food was nearly burnt and fries were so over cooked they couldn’t even be ate. Our bread was burnt so much my sister sent her food back because the bun was black, honestly can’t even believe they brought it out like that. Half of our order wasn’t even put in after we stated it twice after the waiter asked us to repeat it while ordering. When telling the waiter our things were forgotten she states she didn’t hear us ask for that, yet she asked twice when we were placing the order initially.. just very disappointed overall!

I ordered the Sean’s Nachos and this is their description of what comes on the nachos - “SEAN'S NACHOS A heaping basket of tortilla chips or beer battered fries topped with beef chili, Rotel cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, diced tomatoes and red onions. 9.99”
There was NO heaping basket of tortilla chips, not enough beef chili or Rotel cheese to cover the few chips I was given and I was not given any tomatoes or red onions. My portion was way less than Taco Bell’s Nachos Bellgrande! Definitely a waste of hard earned money. Do NOT order these for take out!!!
