I've been to a few Mugshots over the years so my expectations are average. However, this was my best experience at one. Allison on bar was constantly moving, engaging, and genuine. Food arrived quickly and sandwich was stellar, piping hot, and solid on prep. Sweet potato fries could have been hotter but they were good. Beer cold, games on, ... I don't have any complaints and from what I heard from other patrons, they were enjoying it all. I will be back.

Mug shot quesa was room temp, chips were very old and chewy, hamburger was very over cooked and rajun Cajon pasta had no flavor, I did like the pineapple cider, waitress ask if the food was ok we Said not really and her response was I hate to hear that.

My 2nd bad experience with this restaurant....1st was just after they opened, I ordered a cold Turkey Club sandwich. It took them an hour and half to make it and get it to my table.The 2nd was today. I ordered a burger with NO ONIONS cause I cannot have onions due to digestive issues from onions. Waited 50 minutes just for a burger and fries. Start to eat the burger and after the 2nd bite realized they had loaded the burger with red onions!!! Now as I'm writing this my stomach has become upset badly and through past experiences with onions, my stomach will be messed up fir the next 16 hours or so. Sharp pains, bad indigestion and a lack of appetite. Thank you Mugshots for ruining my weekend!!!That is my last visit to this location.The server blamed it on new staff in the kitchen. When in fact it is Mugshots Management's responsibility to make sure the staff is properly trained before serving people food. It puts people's health at great risk when the food is not made to the ORDER that it was received. Luckily I'm not allergic otherwise there would most definitely be a lawsuit coming thier way.If I could give 0 Stars I would.

I visited this location for the first time for lunch. The hamburgers are large and come with a healthy portion of French fries. I got the Savell bacon cheese burger. It was more than enough to hold me until a late supper. The buns are sweet, so that is a bit unique. I suspect you either love it or hate it. I am in the like camp for it and recommend giving it a try. The service was good. They have plenty of parking and seating with a large bar area as well. I’d happily go back.
Awful maybe the food being served cold when it wasn't busy should have been a clue. It may have tasted worse hot. Won't be back.

She anticipated needs, she knew the menu by heart,?The wait time was long on food? but Mugshots was full. 2nd to Last table to leave after lunch rush.?Thank you, Autumn, for your wonderful service. The table was not pre-bussed before checks but she did her job of taking payment first over prebussing when it was time to depart. Recommended for lunch if you've got time to chill a min on the weekend. Good stuff! Ty ✌️ ?

Everytime I order food it is in consistent. I always get the same thing. A salad with chicken. Sometimes it's one strip and sometimes it's more. They really need to work on food consistency.
