Ordered. They needed to cook. Told 5 minute wait. They forgot about me. I asked for refund. They refunded to they wrong card. I showed them this. They got on phone with IT and left me standing. I asked for her to come back. She did. She was being transferred everywhere and could not get it resolved in a appropriate amount of time. I walked out being hungry and overcharged $10.81.

Said they didn’t have anything we tried to order(yes we asked for dang near everything on the menu)Definitely not aloud to do that. If you’re open then you should be serving people food. Not saying you’re out of everything cause you wanna close early.

Amaya blamed corporate for the lack of Honey Walnut Shrimp, saying there are limits on how much can be cooked per day. She added that more chow mein and fortune cookies would arrive the next day—as if that made up for it. They were out of that too. This is unacceptable. Two of the five items I wanted were unavailable, so I had to choose items I didn’t enjoy as much, yet still paid full price for a family meal. Also, why are dry, old egg rolls even considered okay to sell?
Amaya didn’t even give a heads-up like, “Just so you know, we’re out of this and this—do you still want to order?” If she had, I would’ve walked away. Instead, when I voiced my frustration, she repeated “sorry” with a half-smile, which felt dismissive and insincere.
This isn't the first time I’ve had issues with missing items here, even as early as 6 p.m., which is still prime dinner time. I know this visit was later in the evening, but no management stepped in to help. Amaya said it was out of her hands and blamed corporate again.
So here I am, writing this to let corporate know—this level of service, communication, and inventory management simply isn’t good enough.

Pickup order does this look like half chow mein to anyone? But I guess it’s MY fault I didn’t check the order to make sure somebody did THEIR JOB correctly.

Eat here a lot. Food is fresh and tasty. Good size portions. My favorites are the Orange Chicken and the Teriyaki Chicken. The egg noodles are very good, but sometimes the fried rice can be a little too dry for my taste.
