My boyfriend went to order me and my daughter food. They were out of so much from sauce and onions to cheese and even certain breads. While trying to find other solutions the woman taking the order was telling us what each sandwich was and what comes on them and kept on saying horseradish. When asked for horseradish on the side her response was they discontinued it... absolutely horrible confusing experience. I can understand being out of things even as frustrating as that can be but the were reluctant to sub something as simple as onions on certain sandwiches it just made no sense.

Seemed well but service was absolutely poor.
Asked for a salad dressing and the person at the counter just nodded like it was changed. Turned out they dont carry that type of salad dressing and was met with absolute confusion from the staff when asked afterwards.
4/10 My food was good, little much on the sweet peppers for my sandwich but just standard Panera otherwise.

This is one of the best Panera's I have been to! I love them. Very clean, quick, and friendly. I have had nothing but great experiences since they opened!
Edit: Unfortunately over the years this Panera location has just gone down hill. Today I went and I ordered a fruit cup. They said it had Cantaloupe, honey dew, and pineapple. It only had honey dew, which is the only one my daughter won't eat. My bacon turkey bravo had really gross lettuce on it as well. It's like it had been in a salad or something and they repurposed it because there was something purple all over it and my bread. I asked for no tomatoes. The sandwich had been made with tomatoes and they were taken off. I could tell because a bunch of tomato remained on the bread. It's really unfortunate because I've loved this place for years. But now it's just absolutely not worth the price.

Went to Panera for breakfast this morning December 6, 2024 on my way to work. Arrived at 0745. Ordered oatmeal and a caramel latte. My first impression of the coffee was why I was receiving in a cup with lid that smothers the whipped cream. Was told they don’t serve cups that shows like actual picture out drive thru. Was told would have to come inside. So I said if I had known then I would have gone inside. So paid, received my coffee and waited. 0800 still no oatmeal. All employees were just standing around talking. So I was thinking how long does it take to put oatmeal and toppings in a cup??!! 0805 I was able to get an employee attention and I asked for a refund on the oatmeal because now I am late for work. The employee that waited on me proceeded to ask how much longer and I told her no thanks I had waited long enough and to just refund my money. Worst experience EVER!! Won’t go back anytime soon for anything!! I’ve worked fast food and customer service was very important but these days I don’t known anymore!!!

Not bad food ever just had to wait 15 minutes inside to get my order taken while different employees ran by without even trying to say “it will be a minute” just not professional seems like management must be declining because it’s a trend I’m seeing

I was at Panera,om Monday 23rd at 9:30 and the older lady I was with picked up a bowl of soup and dropped it and her clothes was covered in soup. The manager brought her a Panera shirt so she could change her shirt and a bag to put her soiled shirt in.This without me asking.He was truly a blessing. Thank you for being so kind.

First time having “free delivery”. It was not free delivery at all and my order was over $50 bucks. They charged $1 delivery fee when it is supposed to be free plus a convenience fee of $4.09. Then you are forced to tip. I love the food but misleading when they said free delivery for purchases over $25. I won’t do that again.

this place feels more like business office than a restaurant and there ain't nothing wrong with that. their prices have boarded an airplane too, but other than that its a good place too work on important buissness.
