I love the breakfast soufflés and have not been able to get one at this location, every time I go even 10 minutes after they open they don’t have them or say they’re not making them today. I’ll even check on the app to do a mobile order and it says they have them in stock then when I go to pickup they have none. Very inconvenient and very annoying.

No one called my name when my order was ready, so I have no clue how long my food sat up on the counter. Instead of calling my name again it just sat there. When I sat down with my food, I picked up a super dirty spoon with what looked like yogurt on it. It was stuck to the napkin. Absolutely disgusting. It makes me wonder how the food is handled and if the utensils used in the back are clean.

I ordered ahead and got the “order ready” confirmation on the 8 minute drive over. WHY DID I WAIT 30 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU?? I thought it was a fluke the first time. The second I didn’t have time to address it. This isn’t the first time they took forever when they told me the order was ready. If I an going to wait thirty minutes then I can drive to Pensacola, Navarre, or FWB.
