I ordered online for delivery at 6pm. When the pizza didn’t arrive at 6, I checked the tracker which said delivery between 6-6:10. When 6:15 rolled around and still no pizza, I checked tracker again which had the same projected delivery time. Around 6:30, I tried to call the store to cancel the order. I got stuck in a never ending message loop for 5 minute and finally hung up. Shortly after that the tracker changed to door dash delivery. At 7pm the pizza finally arrived, over cooked and luke warm. Truly terrible experience.

Last night was the 1st time we ordered pizza since Marco’s went out of business in Pace. We will NOT be ordering from Papa John’s again. We actually threw out the pizza after we both took a bite. It tasted like cardboard with a little sauce sprinkled on it! A frozen pizza would have been better!

We ordered just a simple cheese pizza and still wasnt satisfied. It was more grease than anything and its like each time we go the original crust gets smaller and smaller. Tonight the crust was near nonexistent. I double checked to make sure I hadn't ordered new york style crust by mistake but unfortunately it appears that they just ripped me off. It will be the last time unless they stop being stingy.

The Philly Cheese Steak Pizza was absolutely GROSS and wasn't fit to eat, in fact I ate One Slice and the rest ended up in the County Land Fill.

Canceled my app order claiming wrong store. They called me twice but left no message. I called back after finding out my order was cancelled when trying to track it. When I called back they claimed it should have been sent to the Pcola store which was incorrect. After re-searching my address the restarted my order. Once I finally received my order everything was cold and the pizza is so unappetizing made as well as unevenly cut.

The pizza was fixed at the perfect timing and they even fixed my own mistake in time with no charge...
Never had any issues til yesterday preferred a pizza for the kids, half cheese half pepperoni stuffed crust and arrived as half sauccrus and maybe 4 slices that actually had cheese or any topping

They were playing music so loud, no one could talk to one another. The person answering the phone had to stick their finger in their ear and still said I can't hear you four or five times. The food was great.
