Philly's Cheesesteaks & Hoagies

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. Finally had the time to sit down and enjoy it. The food is fantastic. Flavorful and indulgent. Everything a good Philly cheesesteak should be. The fries are good also. I did have some pretty significant stomach / bathroom issues about an hour after I ate this.

It may have been, probably was, a coincidence, but even if it wasn't the food was so good it was totally worth losing a pair of underwear and going through half a roll of toilet paper.

Today I made a mistake. There was a new cheesesteak place closer to my home. I wasted $45. It was light when I picked up my sandwich. Dry doesn’t begin to describe it. Will be back to Philly’s soon.

Was going to give this place a 5 star because the food is really good but then one of the employees started talking about having an inappropriate relationship with a 15 year old. As a parent of 2 preteen girls I am disgusted. I won't be back to this place as long as this employee is working there.

We've been here several times and have never been disappointed. My husband had husband usual cheese steak, but today I got the Old World Italian. It was the best hoagie I've had in 30 plus years.

TLDR: great food, bad service from a female employee with blonde hair.

Me and my husband have been going to this phillies for half a decade, twice a week and have almost never had problems(until recently). Well today, i Got a order for a large&small sub with onion rings and got 2smalls instead, and after calling back when I noticed the error, instead of offering to fix the mistake, I was instead talked down to about how it was somehow 'MY MISTAKE' by a female employee when I clearly Enunciated my order(one that I make consistently), and confirmed it when she read it back to me after.

So, the food is good, just like it always is, but the quality of service I experienced today from the woman on the phone was ridiculous. So, I'm not going to spend my hard earned money on a business that endorses rude customer service.
