They are rude and short with people. If you don't like you job and can't tolerate being a decent human being then don't work there. Everytime they are rude.

The food had been sitting in a heating tray, ordered fried pickle, and they were more like pickle jerky from sitting other than that and making sure your food is fresh service was wonderful. The people were wonderful, and I had already left before. I had realized I had pickle jerky and wasn't going to turn around.

Will avoid this location. Fish sandwich and the chicken sandwiche were dry they had hardly any sauce and the edges of the fish filet had started to harden so it was definitely sitting. The fried pickles were cold and so were the fries. We had to go back through the drive through for the ranch that is supposed to be included with the pickles. There were 2 napkins in the bottom of one of the bags. Had to dig through all the bags to find them.

We went through the drive thru today at around 1:00pm. We’ve never had a good experience at this Popeyes or any Popeyes for a matter of fact. The older woman taking our order was much nicer than ones we later encountered. They forgot our blackened ranches so we drove back and went inside. The woman at the counter walked past and said “what do you need?” My boyfriend asked for the ranch. She swung the door to the fridge open and rudely threw it on the counter. A singular ranch, when we literally order one of the large combo boxes. Popeyes in pace is a no go. Rude Service. Bad atmosphere. And just overall mediocre food. Do better.

This is the slowest place on EARTH. The fact that this place has over 3 and a half stars BLOWS my mind. Went to pick up my order and waited 45 minutes for an order that I ordered online…… I also requested dipping sauce and received 2 sauces for 12 pieces of chicken. Do not recommend.

Honestly everytime we have gone as been a horrible experience so at this point it’s on me, but I always try to give chances. Everytime we go, sit in the line for about 20 mins sometimes longer, there are usually NO cars in front of me and an empty lot. I don’t usually get a biscuit when I’m suppose too, food tends to be old even after waiting so long. The list goes on.
I'm done with this spot, I moved here 2 months ago. I have ordered doordash twice and driven through twice. All four times. The order was messed up. I don't understand how they get it wrong every single time, in speaking with my neighbors, it's pretty much a neighborhood joke that if you go to Popeyes they are going to get your order wrong. I also feel that they need to maybe change their oil cuz everything tastes like burnt oil.
