My family and I enjoyed a nice quiet dinner tonight. While there was a longer wait for our food to be served, Beth our waitress was very kind and offered us free salad from the bar. Look forward to coming back.

Rich and his entire crew were amazing! My wife is in a wheelchair and our host Chris helped me clear the ladies room so I could get her in and when it became full of other patrons, Stephanie from the kitchen went in to retrieve her. Very good customer service, excellent food and inviting atmosphere.

Was at the restaurant today around 1pm with my daughter and her two children. While waiting to be seated, 3 server's looked us and walked by. I get it you have your section but someone could have said someone will be with you shortly. Finally, 15 minutes later someone took us to a booth that was dirty, the server cleaned it but left it wet. We took the napkins from our silverware and dried it. She had 3 tables including us. About 10 minutes later she got our drink order. Another 10-15 minutes later we got our drinks. We ordered appetizers and an order of french fries, the fries to come out with our meal so they would be cool for the child to eat. 20 minutes later we got the appetizer and ff., no plates. She walked away to the bar, she came back later and took our order. There were only two meals, the third was salad bar. My daughter finished her salad. We waited an hour and 45 minutes. Worst service ever.

Meh. I know this place has been around for years. BUT! (This location was actually my first job) Our server was really nice! And we had drink refills when we needed them. But the place smells bad, kind of like old moldy floors. The salad bar looked really sad too, which was disappointing. I had my son with me, so I never want to complain, but, yikes. We definitely won't be back. Between him and I, ( a child ) getting the salad bar and one appetizer it was almost 60.00 once you tip. Absolutely not worth that.

We arrived just as the restaurant opened. I used the bathroom and immediately left the place. The place was filthy. The bathroom was so disgusting that you have to wonder what the staff do after using it when there are no paper products. The mess was clearly there from the night before.
UPDATED - I received a call from the Regional Manager, Donald Randall, apologizing for the state of the restaurant and assuring me that it would be addressed for future customers. We had a good conversation and it is clear he really cares to receive feedback. We eat at Ruby Tuesday's regularly and plan to return in the future. Well done Donald!!!

Apparently this store needs to be fully shut down!! I made an $80 order and not ONE THING correct. Temperature cold, cookies overcooked, gave a welted lettuce small of I don’t even know if you can call it a Caesar salad that cost me $15 that is smaller than a side salad, order breadsticks and the fools provide cocktail sauce instead of marinara sauce WHAT A SHOCKER WHEN YOU EAT THAT MIXTURE!! Completely disgusting! And when you call they don’t care to help. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!
