First time ever trying Scooter’s — I was just out wanting to travel around and experience new things today. I asked for a hot coffee and the girl working suggested the Caramelicious, so I went with it.
I grabbed it and drove to the car wash to clean my car out… and I literally drank the whole thing without even thinking. It was that good.
It was around $6–$6.50, but honestly worth it. Starbucks is usually like $4 for a basic blonde roast (even after I add cream/sugar/whipped cream/caramel drizzle), and this just felt way more worth the money as a latte. I’m gonna be thinking about this coffee for the rest of the day lol — it genuinely made my day better.
Definitely coming back.

Got my usual of Large Hot Mocha with 2x shots of espresso and oat milk. Normally it is amazing. However, this time I knew it was off as soon as they handed me the cup because I could feel that it was missing a lot of liquid (If I could feel it was off there is no way the employee couldn’t tell). Unfortunately I was running behind to church so I didn’t have time to check it out. Once I was able to pull the lid off I could see that it was about 2 inches from the top of the cup. I’m not sure if they didn’t add the 2x shots or what but it definitely tasted too sweet so I’m assuming that’s what happened. Also, about 30 minutes after I was finished with it, the realization that they did not use oat milk became very clear. I don’t normally post reviews but when you’re paying $10 for a coffee and get significantly less than should have come and the rest of the drink wasn’t correctly made, I didn’t really have a choice. Disappointing when I come here pretty regularly.

I got a fruit and cream smoothie, peach and asked for it double blended and it came barely blended at all. The peach was not even fully mixed in. I also got my son an Oreo blender no espresso and it was not filled to the top. I had an iced drink and my espresso was bland and dead

My two children and I absolutely love coming to scooters in the mornings on the way to school. Other times for a little quick treat! Not only are they affordable, but they have a wide variety of options on their menu from breakfast two snack treats, and coffees along with A variety of iced drinks, including Red Bull drinks… Every time we go, the employees are incredibly amazing, helpful, and interact and treat my children with love and kindness! I don't think I could find any issue 🤷♀️ thank you for your service!

Ordered a Chips Ahoy Blender and it was half melted by the time I got it. Felt like a full liquid drink. But staff was friendly.
Second time coming to this one location, not sure if it's the equipment or what but their blenders are not blenders. It's a liquid drink not a slushy type. And it's becoming very frustrating having to avoid location because I love scooters but I also love when my drink tastes like it's supposed to.

The coffee was great, I got the carmelicious cold brew 1/2 as sweet as normal and somehow it was still sweet and good. The spicy burrito on the other hand reminded me of the .50 frozen burritos from Walmart, probably was to be honest. Coffee 9/10 food 2/10. Price was expensive too $10 for a medium coffee and a frozen burrito.

Continuously giving out the wrong drinks! The drinks are too expensive and it takes too long to turn around and wait in line! The one in Pcola doesn’t mess up this much! It gets aggravating when it’s at least once a week I have to dump an expensive drink!

Been getting coffee consistently from here until I could no longer. I'm tired of getting coffee that isn't drinkable. I go to the other scooters with 0 issues. I know for a fact that I am not getting my espresso shots I pay for. I have taste buds apparently your company thinks I do not. I know the difference between creamer and espresso. I stood by your company faithfully. I have emailed and been ignored. Please learn how to be more consistent and actually give customers the espresso shots they pay for.
