Scooters coffee is always delicious, and if you're in a hurry, the service is always quick since its only option to order is through the drive-thru. There's no indoor seating or ordering, but that's fine with me since I'm that kind of person who just wants to get their coffee and go

I ordered a large iced s’mores latte today as well as a medium blender. the blender came out correct but then I was given a hot medium drink as well. I corrected the barista that it was actually a large iced and she remade me a medium iced latte. it looked smaller than I was use to so I asked to confirm it was the large which I PAID for and she said yes it was a large. after I left the drive thru I compared it to my medium blender and I was in fact given a medium iced s’mores. I was on my way to work so I was unable to go through the drive thru again. the barista obviously needs more training because she lied to me when I asked if it was the correct size. unfortunately I was unable to contact the store regarding the mistake so my only option is this. there is no option for me to contact the store or get refunded the difference for receiving a smaller drink. please train your employees better so they know the difference between drink sizes and don’t lie to your customers. very disappointed because you can clearly tell they are both medium drinks.

The manager here, Kaitlyn is super personable and we saw her dancing, and crew laughing with her, she made made my kid a sticker pack cause they were out of toys, seems like a good environment being made. We will continue to come back. Love to see employees enjoying where they work, makes me want to keep coming back.

I went this morning was able to get through the line quickly, the guy at the window was very nice and professional. I just moved to the area and seen Scooters was 1.5 miles away, thought I’d give you a try and I’m glad I did. I found my coffee spot. The frozen pumpkin latte. *chefs kiss!

I went through the drive through and welcomed by a nice lady. She asked I would like it if I needed any suggestions. I took the offer on suggestions. She narrowed it down to a Carmel drink and I didn’t want it too sweet, so she offered to make it less sweet. The drink came out perfect! I was satisfied with my experience and would be happy to come back to this location.

Taste, ok, wish the drinks were a bit more consistent. The drinks I've tried often seem watered down. .. in fairness, I've only visited 3 times. I expected prices to be just a little less, considering their corporate competition is literally across the street, but there not. The place looks great, and the drive-through space is awesome for us big truck drivers! The staff was nice enough to offer a pup cup to my sweet furry baby, but they seemed really stressed and exhausted... and usually do. Hard to tell if they are open at night when you drive by since the windows are blacked out. But I will definitely be back to try some food! I wish them all the luck in the world and I'll pick them EVERY DAY over SB across the street. Hopefully, I'll have better luck next time!

The best coffee place around it tastes and is cheaper than the Starbucks across the street (sorry I go here so often I never thought about taking a picture) ok once I went and I forget cash and the employees were polite even though I paid in all nickels.
I own Santa Rosa Counseling Center. We love on our practitioners and staff with Scooters all the time. They are always fantastic! They just knocked out our order of 16 drinks and several food choices five minutes flat. When my assistant brought the order back to the office, we just had to post this praise. Great job ya'll! <3

I’ve never been here and I’m so glad I came today. I got the XL Ice Caramelicious with oat milk and oh myyy it’s amazing! And your lead shift employee who was working on 7/27 at 5pm is so sweet! he made a 5 minute coffee stop enjoyable! very sweet young man. probably gonna be my new coffee go to now!

Angela at the Pace location of Scooters is awesome!! Took the time to find my receipt and number in order to call and make sure I received the best customer service and a courtesy reward on the app after coffee spilled all over my car. She is lovely and just about the whole team there is, too!
