ordered pizza, salad and poppers at 5:35 Wednesday afternoon and was told 15 to 20 min. arrived at 6 and paid and then was told it wasn't ready. I left there at 6:30 with a barely warm pizza because it was sitting on the "hot plate" for 10 min waiting on the salad and poppers. The cashier was great and very apologetic but told me the delay was because they were training someone. Bad time for training during the busy time of day. Great food when it is hot.....very poor customer service.

Our company placed an order yesterday for delivery at 11:45 today. At 10:30AM today, Sky's called to let us know it would be late. Since that was unacceptable, I sent an employee to pick up the pizza. They arrived at 11:30AM as they were told the pizza would be ready. It is now noon, and the pizza is just now ready. The employee still has to get back to the office with it. Meanwhile, I have 40 people waiting on their lunch since Sky's did not deliver on their promised service and seems to have zero concern with inconveniencing their customers.

How convenient is it that there is a homemade pizza place right on Woodbine Road?
We like to go on Mondays or Tuesdays and beat the crowd.
We split a 16 inch and always have leftovers. Try the garlic knots.

Think I was the first phone order of the day. Love the Pensacola location but this new one has a long way to go. Young girl who took my order still learning the ropes. I was glad there were no others in the place when I arrived. Lead girl who ran register acted like I had beaten her mother when I asked her to help take my $70.00 order to the car (I'm totally disabled Vet with a cane). I will remember her next time I'm there with a note to the manager and zero tip.

Flavor, there is none. Crust is hard as shoeleather to chew. Toppings were like 2 pieces per slice. Order was wrong though thoroughly explained. Significantly overpriced considering skating ring pizza is better in flavor. Best pizza in the area? Not even close! I was sadly disappointed and won't be back.

Sadly my self, my husband and 2 other couples came to the pace store Saturday. While busy we have seen them busier. They tried to sit 6 grown adults at one small booth and we declined. Told them we would wait for an appropriate table. Their next choice was to sit at the bar where none of us would have been able to have a conversation. We left and not sure if we will be back. The seating options truly suck and it needs to be fixed!
This is the second time I have go to pick up a carry out pizza early, so that I get the food hot, that the pizza is already done and feels like it has been for a while. I was quote 20-25 mins today showed up at 15 mins to my pizza sitting on the to-go area. I walked in and waited 5 mins before I called the phone to finally get someone to the front of house and get service. I might understand if they were busy but there was only 3-4 tables sat and all had food already.
Please get carryout times under control or say we aren't taking them at this time.
The last time this happened I was quoted 45 mins and showed up on time to luke warm food and was very upset since cheese sticks cold are gross and solid basically.
Family favorite, very happy they have this location.

We have been waiting so long for Sky to get to Pace! We've ordered every week for the last four weeks and it's been amazing each time (only once did we get a lesser portion of Ricotta on our lasagna pie but it was still good), but if I could change one thing it would be this: we need the fried pickle spears!! 😫😫😫 I got hooked on those at the Pensacola location before we moved to Pace, and I'm sad they're not here too!
