I'm not sure what has happened to Sonic, but every time I go to one we end up waiting over 30 minutes to get our order. It doesn't matter if it's drinks, or food. We pay by the App, so we are stuck having to wait. We waited over an hour for a family meal one night. Do better

Every time I have come to this Sonic the orders are wrong, the service is subpar and the employees are rude with attitudes to match. Forgetting to turn off the headset while mocking the customers is sort of a problem at this location.

Today I pressed the call button, but no one answered. It appears the location may be extremely understaffed and overwhelmed. In the past, I have also experienced unprofessional responses when placing an order. After only a few visits to this Sonic, I have encountered more issues than I can count. I sincerely hope that management addresses these concerns and improves service efficiency.

I've been to this Sonic 4 times trying to give them a chance and have come to the conclusion this location is horrible. Takes 8 to 10 minutes to answer call and another 30 to almost hr to get your food. I'm so done.

Sometimes, you just crave those guilty pleasures, and Sonic definitely delivers! We stopped by the Sonic in Pace, Florida, to indulge in some comfort food. I treated myself to a foot-long quarter pound coney and shared a soft pretzel with my wife, who had a delicious corn dog. We even topped it off with a cup of ice cream to satisfy our sweet tooth.
Everything was served hot or cold as it should be, and all items were incredibly tasty. The service was impressively quick, and when we encountered a problem with our credit card, our server was extremely helpful—taking care of the issue promptly inside.
This stop was just what we needed to break up our 3.5-hour drive and made the journey a lot more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal, this Sonic is a great option!

I purchased a junior cheeseburger in the drive-through. I asked for no tomatoes or ketchup on my burger. A couple of minutes later when I had the chance to eat, there were no napkins in the bag, there appears to have been ketchup that someone tried to scrap the bulk of it off, and the burger tasted almost freezer burned. Definitely not the quality I am used to getting from Sonic.
I really enjoy coming to Sonic! The food is always great, and ordering through the app makes things super easy and convenient. The employees are polite and provide excellent customer service every time. My only complaint is that the wait time can be a bit long, even when ordering ahead—but overall, still a solid experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Sat at drive thru for 29 minutes no one ever acknowledged I was there I even called in to check if they were open guy told me they were busy so I continued to wait another 10 minutes goes by, mind you there were NO customers RIDICULOUS

Placed a mobile order on the app at 12:10. My order was stated ready for pickup at 12:24 and I arrived at 12:22. My food was not brought to me until 1:15. I came here on my lunch break at work and was written up for returning late.
