I am not usually a person who does reviews. But I have to say that over the last 3 years of using this Starbucks, I am beyond happy with the service I have received every time! The workers are the kindest of people, clearly hard workers, and they make you feel special (even when you just come in for your pick up order). I recommend this specific Starbucks, if you are in need of a well made drink and some friendly faces for however long you are there.

Drinks are hit or miss here. I've had iced orders come out warm and watery here, but I've also had decent drinks, too. Service is usually fast. However, they do not offer Dine In mugs or glasses. I've asked and been given the To Go paper cups each time. This is disappointing and detracts from the general coffeehouse atmosphere. The Starbucks on Woodbine offers Dine In ware that their baristas are happy to offer. Going out for coffee is supposed to be a treat, but the way this location is run, you might as well go to a drive-thru or even a gas station. Music at this location is also super loud.

I just started going to starbucks to get my coffee a few months ago and most of the employees are very polite and friendly. They are always smiling and are always positive! There’s 3 lady’s in there that i’d love to recognize but i don’t k ow their name so I’ll edit this review when i find out. They know exactly what i order and know my name and they are super nice! we need more people like them in this world .

My wife ordered a HOT coffee, It was too hot to hold in her hand, so she grabbed a sleeve which were on the counter. He literally said you can't touch that as if he was scolding a child. I told him it was too hot to hold and he said something about policy. Starbucks employees need to work on there people skills.

I arrived at 8:59 to wait and pickup my daughter from a closing shift and came to the door asking if I can just run in and use the rest room real fast, only to have the door locked in my face by a nasty unkept Scraggly looking male named

Never had an issue until now.. They gave me a peppermint mocha that tasted like pure peppermint syrup mixed with melted ice. It was a watery nasty mess. Had zero mocha flavor too.. I dont know how someone can mess up two drinks so badly. Just tasted like they dumped the entire syrup mixed with barely chocolate water.

Hi my name is Meech! I am now one of the regulars that come in during the weekdays! And I just want to say the Starbucks baristas/crew are amazing I usually arrive between 8am-9am And the staff always greets me by name as soon as I enter and make my drink immediately and flawlessly everytime! I always get the Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso :) and It makes my mornings every day I love the Starbucks crew so much and this location is the absolute best :) They always work so hard and always have the brightest smile when I come in And when I get my drink it always brings a smile to my face and makes my day 10 times better!
