Tried to order. App will not take payment method. Even opened a second app with wife’s info & still did not work. No one answers the phone. Went elsewhere for our food. So frustrating!
Worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten. Too bad they have a divider up so I couldn’t see they only put literally 4 pieces of chicken on my whole sandwich or I would have gotten extra. Bread was stale, vegetables looked old.

I asked for a wrap. Nothing showing that a wrap and flatbread are the same. She also did not tell me this. When I got to the register and realized and asked(way to expensive for what it is ) and also way too much bread for me. I got a defensive tone - and basically well it’s the same thing. No offer to help in any way. Several of the tables are dirty and several not in good repair as well.

Both people working were very rude. They also didn't know what they were doing. My wife orders a foot long flatbread. The lady put everything on it the wrong way then proceeded to roll up the sandwich like a 6 inch, but they still charged me the full price for the foot long

Today, I came to this establishment to order a turkey, bacon, avocado wrap. Price on the board stated $9.19. I ordered a meal, which the board indicated as an additional $2.79. The register indicated $13.48 before tax. I asked why there was a price difference of $1.50. The manager said it was due to a price change on June 20th. Today is June 15th. The manager said I had to pay what was stated on the register, or I should leave. The manager was unwilling to accept that the cash register was incorrect. I left. I will NEVER go to this location again, even if I end up hungry while shopping inside Walmart! I called the phone # stated to make a complaint and left a message. The manager is the person who called back. Good that did me!

Don’t order delivery. They WILL forget items and there is no easy customer service to reach and the store does not answer their phone. Unless you are there to watch them make the sandwich, they will just throw it together and it’s usually nasty.

Went there last night. They have the metal guard that keeps you from seeing how little meat and cheese they use, squished loaf of bread, worker "toasted "the sub but it was only slightly warmed and not toasted, no oregano like all other subways have, & worker couldn't shut up with co-worker long enough to get the order right. I asked for olive oil and got a sad looking soggy sub soaked in vinegar. One bite and it was in the trash. Very disappointed in this subway. Go to the one at I10 off Avalon. It's much better and you'll get a decent amount of toppings.
