If I could give it a negative star, I would. We ordered three of the thanksgiving subs, for $35, and got a tiny sub with a little turkey and onions. No cranberry sauce and no stuffing. The employees never answer the phone, and I can’t even get a refund because I ordered through the app. Do not eat here.

They always get my order right and are super friendly plus the remodel looks really nice. Bread can be a bit stale depending on the time you go though.
It's a normal Subway... everything you'd expect.
Food is decent enough for a sandwich.
Service is what you'd expect with teenage employees.
Atmosphere, ehhh. I would suggest they clean a little better and work on the syrup to carbon ratio.
I wouldn't pick them over their competitors since they have raised their prices so drastically. When they were the obvious choice for fast and cheap, we ate there a lot. But the kids like them, and sometimes it's just what we do.

Tried going on a Friday night at 9:12p (they close at 9:30p). THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED, and the EMPLOYEES JUST STARED AT US THROUGH THE GLASS!! Literally!! It was incredibly RUDE and OFF-PUTTING!!!

Been to this location many times. The same lady is always working and is super sweet. But makes the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered a flat bread and the bread was rock hard. She puts the veggies and toppings on the same side as the meat. So when it’s folded over it makes a mess and also makes the proportions of the sandwich wrong. I don’t mind the mess…it’s finger/hand food. But it seems like she might not know the art of a sandwich artist (jokingly) but in all seriousness haven’t had a good experience at this location in a long time.

Our daughter who is in the Pace High School Marching Band(hired knowing the hectic band practice schedule) who has been an employee since 2022, received a text first thing this morning telling her she was fired because of her unavailability(Band Schedule) which the original local owners hired her knowing this. This morning we just got off a family vacation cruise with the entire family when the totally unprofessional firing text was sent. Obviously our daughter was devastated- Piss Poor management and another example of employers not knowing their staff. The word of mouth around our community has already started! Shame on you Subway Pace 5 Points and Walmart Pace!!

You'd think with something as simple as a pepperoni pizza that'd itd be impossible to mess up. They put bacon on it instead. Wth!?!?!?! So should've checked before I went home but nooooo.
