The slowest drive through ever. Every time I come here it’s 30+ minute wait for a line of four cars. Most times people leave the drive through line early.

Couldn't get anyone to cancel the order due to ordering at wrong location and was told to go through the app, which its now going to take forever to get my money back. Wouldn't recommend this location due to unfriendly staff. The order was was still wrong and location wouldn't fix it.

Need to work on the time at the drive thru there is no possible reason for me to sit in drive thru for 45 minutes...it's fast food...for that amount of time I could have went to a restaurant

I just felt compelled to write this review bc I feel bad for the staff. They are the only reason I gave 3 stars. But the company/management whomever should have way more help in there than what they have. I get people call out but you should schedule more people to accommodate for that. I think there were TWO people working the other night. The drive thru took literally an hour. A truck delivery came too. I couldn't imagine working a parking lot full of cars in the drive thru, and a truck delivery with 2 people working. They were so nice tho. Schedule more people , the employees deserve better..

Ordered a grilled steak burrito, received a ground beef surprise. Apparently it’s no longer enough to check your bag at the drive-thru — you now need to take a test bite before pulling off. Bold new quality control strategy.

The staff were extremely attentive and actually looked happy to be there. The food had no issues, the place was clean, sauces were fully stocked, etc.

I bought a party pack of crunchy supreme tacos and asked that the beef be swapped for black beans, and if they had told me they needed to drop more beans to complete the order I would have been happy to wait (even considering the line was already 20+ minutes) but whoever is calling shots in there made the decision to spread whatever black beans they had left across 12 tacos and bury it under a bed of lettuce. This is unacceptable and it is a direct reflection of poor management and poor training. $25.00 for 12 tacos and each taco had less than a tablespoon of black beans and very sparse toppings, I was left feeling scammed for a second time from this location this year. Customer service is unresponsive to emails and calls so I am left with no other choice but to write a review.

Im in the tacobell ordered on the electronic screen. We received our food after 30 minutes. They gave food to 2 different customers that ordered after us after they waited about 20 minutesand were visibly upset with the wait times too. Main complaint is i never had to wait for over 30 minutes to get a box when tacobell is not busy and I see 5 or 6 staff. They also told me girlfriend to be patient when she politely told them how long we have been waiting. Which was just communicated disrespectfully and we saw staff not doing anything. Had to come back to edit the food was good tho.

Everytime we go to this taco bell the food is cold and the service is not good. Today we not only waited 15 minutes inside but then got cold food and when we got to the car our order was wrong… Please do better.

I wish I could do a zero star. Walked in 10 minutes before dinning room closed just to get a drink because there was a very long line in drive through. Right when I walked in I was greeted very closely (in my face) with an older lady (manager) saying I have to leave the dining room and go through the drive through because she “shut her computer down early”. I wouldn’t have minded if she was nice about it. She took the wrong approach and therefore I will not be going back and I encourage others to do the same!
