I have to take a moment to share how wonderful our experiences have been at this Waffle House location, all thanks to Mike. He is hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. From the moment you walk through the door, he greets you with a big smile, genuine kindness, and a positive attitude that sets the tone for the entire visit.
It’s not just the service—it’s the way he makes you feel welcome, almost like you’re a guest in his own home. My family and I always look forward to seeing him because he brings an energy that’s rare to find these days in customer service. He checks in on us without being overbearing, makes sure everything is right with our meal, and goes above and beyond to ensure we’re comfortable and happy.
We’ve eaten at many restaurants, but the level of hospitality Mike provides truly stands out. It’s the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back again and again. Waffle House is lucky to have someone like him representing their brand, and we’re grateful every time we get the chance to be served by him.

Been coming to this Waffle House since 2022 and it is the most consistent and delicious every time. The staff is great, I’ll try and name everyone I can think of and how amazing they’ve been all these years: Robin, Robert, Randi, Dawn, Devon, Dalton and anyone else working morning/midday shifts. Since we’ve become regulars most of them remember our order and will even start it as soon as we walk in. It is the best Waffle House in the area and I am so glad to live so close to it. Y’all are the best!

Our son loves the chocolate pie. I used to just drop in and buy a whole pie. Unfortunately the manager has to be present to unlock the door to the pies, if they have them. The manager doesn't work 24/7. I tried two locations. The second location at least sold me the slices they had up front. The quality just wasn't the same. I hear Village Inn has pies.
Best expirence ive ever had at waffle house. The cook was quick everything was perfect, server had great energy an made me feel at home, them two guys working together make a fantastic team, money well spent i appreciated it an will be back ! Highly recommend this location

Just had the most horrible experience I could not even finish my food that’s how horrible and disgusting of a situation. I just had. The food was great. The cook had no problem. The waitress totally racist. She slammed my drink and basically threw the plates on the table when we were served. She even stated oh I’ve been working 16 hours, I’m sorry but I’ve been working 18 hours and I thought I could come and have a good meal and was sure the most disgusting service I’ve ever had. And the fact that I stayed at the red roof inn I wish I had drove 7.4 miles to the other location in Milton totally different services. We have been there twice. Total better experience.
