This store has a lot of weaponized incompetence disguised as being nice. The people will talk to you in a sing song voice while actively saying rude things or ignoring you. Was standing in line and told by someone I needed to be in line when I had done nothing to her nor had I even said anything other than a response to a question I thought she was asking me. There was no need for the rude interaction disguised as being nice in a sing song voice. I had not talked to anyone or said anything at all. This woman then proceeded to ignore me and the person behind me and start talking to someone who came in after all of us and walked up to the counter. I understand dealing with rude people all day but there's no need to be rude to people who did nothing to bother you or anyone else.

Ask for no cheese, got cheese, ask for unsweetened tea, got sweet tea. Waited in drive thru for 3 or 4 minutes no one took my order, someone pulled up in other drive thru and they started taking there order , very poorly ran, time was around 1130am.

5 STARS WENDY’S – Pace, FL KSOO THE BURGER GOD (AKA THE CHEESE WHISPERER)
LISTEN HERE, CHILDREN. Mama D rolled up to Wendy’s with my grandbabies—Duck (who acts like he’s been through the wars but can’t fight off a fry) and Phillip (tall, sneaky, and always tryna steal extra ketchup packets).
I asked who made my burger, and they said, “That’s Jevonte, but round here we call him Ksoo.”
I said, “Ksoo? Baby, that sound like the name of a rapper who only spits beef and cheddar.”
Well, when Ksoo came out, he looked like he could bench press a whole cow and still smile through the grease. Big boy with a heart bigger than his waistline—he made that burger like he was painting the Mona Lisa with patties and cheese.
I took a bite and almost dropped my wig. I said, “Ksoo, you put some kinda spell on this burger? I swear this meat got me feelin’ like I’m sittin’ on a throne.”
Duck started droolin’ and said, “Granny, this ain’t just a burger, it’s a flavor concert in my mouth!” Phillip tried to sneak an extra fry but got caught mid-mission—Mama D don’t play.
5 STARS for Ksoo. One for the meat so juicy it should come with a bib. One for that cheese melted like it was gossip on a hot summer day. One for Ksoo’s smile that could cure Monday blues. One for makin’ my grandbabies forget about their phones (for like two minutes). And one because Mama D’s still talkin’ ‘bout that burger like it’s family reunion drama.

This is the only Wendy's I've ever received fresh food from, quick service, pleasant people working. There only 2 times my order was incorrect and it was just cheese on a burger but everything else was correct. They never gave me any issue with changing out the burger and actually cooked me a fresh one and gave me hot fries since mine had went cold to waiting for a remake. Out of all the fast food joints out here this has been my go to place. The food is good it's not been sitting in the warmer for hours like some places. Over all everytime I go it's a good experience.

Go thru the drive thru. Unless there’s no one in the drive thru. The drive thru is king here. If you waste your time to come inside they will try and fit you in where they can amongst the drive thru. Drive thru is monitored not the customers who came inside
On my way to appointment so I stop for some breakfast thru drive thru. Quick and easy no one in line at 9:40am. Got my sausage, egg, and cheese combo sandwich. Pulled out, got on hwy 90 and took a bite of my sandwich and the muffin was hard and cold. Like they took it right out of the package and slap warm egg and sausage on it. I had looked at it and it was maybe toasted or something but it must’ve been laying around in the ac for awhile. If I didn’t have an appointment to get to , I would’ve turn around and just got my money back, not even a new one because it was that bad. Service was good and fast but food sucked.

I asked for hot nuggets?!?! They re-fried old nuggets. They are hot, hard and dry. I haven't eaten all day due to stomach issues. I guess I'll starve because they are lazy.

Hi, Was there today. I know that employees also take breaks from work. BUT SITTING IN THE OUTSIDE AREA WITH THEIR SHOES ON THE TABLE IS A NO GO!!! When mentioning the fact inside, an employee just said they were going to clean the table, yeah for sure. Sorry I do not need that, even if it was a guest.
