Ordered the new pineapple frosty, could hear them say at the drive thru window "that's supposed to be pineapple." "well just add a little on top" So I got a vanilla frosty with a tiny dot of pineapple because they were too lazy to remake it. No one was behind me in the drive thru and the restaurant was not busy. It was just a jerk move. Service at this location has been rough since it opened. This was the final straw. Too many new places opening near by to waste money here.

When you go to a drive thru you expect your food to be hot! As soon as you order and get to the window they pass cold food out the window! Cook it first! Ridiculous!

I try to be really opened minded with the food industry, but when you constantly don’t give a crap about customers it’s hard to just sit by and watch, they always forget something in my order, don’t get me wrong the workers are really nice but they really need to be trained better.

Felt like the playground they took from my childhood was behind the counter.. Every surface of the dining area was filthy and they weren't even busy.. Seems joking around is more important to them than being professional or welcoming in appearance.

I always get the Jr. BACON CHEESE BURGERS hands done the best sadly the price has been going up on them a lot lately and Lord willing they will go down in price sooner than later.

1. the music doesn't need to be so damn loud. When the person taking the Order can not hear the person ordering it's too loud. When I can not hear my spouse literally sitting few inches from me, it's to loud. 2. We ordered at 7pm. There was no sweet or unsweetened tea. Not even In the drive thru. I asked if they were making some and they said no, they took the urns back to be cleaned. So they'd probably be out for the night. I don't drink soda, so that was awesome. And they broke down the ketchup area also. 3. Both our crispy chicken blt sandwiches were barely warm. My fries were cold. I ordered chz fries and got some shredded chz just thrown on top. Not even melted. Nuggets were barely warm. We watched 3 employees literally were walking back and forth and around not doing anything at all. Except walking back and forth and around. This was the 1st time coming in in the evening. Night shift does not have it together. Unorganized, selling old, dry food from under the warmer. Drive thru lady was working her butt off. With very little help. We were surprised at the lack of proper service at this place. Drive thru people were bringing their food back in to get it fixed. It was an odd 30 minutes being there. I mean this is the south and you break down the teas by 7pm. What restaurant does that? Will never go back unfortunately.
