Can I give zero stars?! 30 minutes to get 3 kids meals. It is always this way no matter the time of day, day of the week. Worst run food place. Not worth the time or the money. It is beyond d me how they are still in business and can afford to have 9 people on their shift at 6pm, and still be this slow. You had a run, now is the time to let someone who knows what they are doing come in and take over the building. Would love to see a Culver’s at 5 points.

Order taker can barely speak at a volume to be heard. One star for poorly flavored soda. I like a good flavored drink with my food. Taste like carbonation

I often order curbside pick-up to eat for lunch while I prepare to sit in the car rider line to pick up my daughter. I have learned to place my order ahead of when I need it because the location at 5 points tends to fill orders 20 minutes after you have set to pick them up. I shouldn't have to adjust the time I want to pick it up and my schedule because the workers can't fulfill the orders as intended. There is one worker in particular who walks so slowly out to the car with 1 order at a time. She doesn't speak and when you say thank you she just walks away. Do better whataburger.

The food is always good and I love the spicy ketchup. That’s the only reason I keep coming back. Otherwise, it might possibly be the slowest fast food in the country. It consistently takes 20 to 30 minutes to get a single combo meal and you can be the only person in line.

We’ve eaten at this location 3 times in the last month and it’s all been trash… tonight we ordered (order #504647) and the honey butter biscuit had one little tender on it.. (what happened to actually using a full piece of chicken btw?) it was hot, but was the only thing we got that was. Fries were literally stale and cold which considering the location was busy was a surprise. I order the new jalapeno bacon burger (I’d love management to run the camera back on when it was made and just watch, no seriously, cold meat and EVERY SINGLE TOPPING was in the paper and barely touching the bun. Also, HOW DO YOU RUN OUT of buns? And how do you Sub a jr bun (less food) but still charge the same? Maybe order enough supplies. Overall I don’t think we will eat here again until it’s been over hauled by a new night manager.
P.s. the lady at the window was AMAZING! Give her the new management position!

I placed a pick up order on the app 30 minutes before we got there and it wasn’t ready when we showed up. The lady working the front counter said everything was done that we were just waiting for the fries. Wasn’t aware fries took another 30 minutes to cook. During that 30 minute await for the fries we asked about our order multiple times and the employees kept telling us it would be just a few minutes. Waited 30 minutes for the fries and they were cold. So an hour in total for our food and it was cold. And the sad thing is about the entire situation is I’m a patient person and wouldn’t have minded the wait. Was it crazy to wait an hour for a mobile order? Yes but it would have been fine if the customer service wasn’t shit and the food hot.

Good food once you get it. Usually takes a revision if you add any options. About 30 minute wait on a slow night, Over 1 hour wait Fridays and Saturdays evenings. With more employees and better management this place could go to the moon.

Ordered and paid for a large meal gave me med fries and asked for salt and pepper 1 of each and one napkin that's crap when you buy 2 meals won't come back to this location

Good people, all the staff are very nice and it's a good place to stop and eat while at work.
I've never had any major issues with the food or staff and am very pleased to stop here
The only issue I have is the long waits for food but I think that way be a whataburger thing in them making it fresh? I dunno i just use the app on my way there and it's ready for me by the time I pull up. This makes it super convenient

You owe use 2 drinks. Dr pepper and root beer aren't sweet tea. How is this not stealing form customers? Also the ketsup you said was in the bag wasn't. Lied to also.

Terrible service ! 40 min wait for one breakfast sandwich is not acceptable. Manager watched me stand in lobby never once apologize for the wait or even acknowledge me.

I can’t even begin to explain how bad this Whataburger is. The multitude of 1-star reviews all saying the same thing makes it very clear management and ownership just doesn’t really care. You could go butcher a cow and make your own burger before you’ll get your food here, even if you’re the only person in the entire restaurant. They hire high-school kids with ZERO social or customer service skills. I had one of the cashiers completely screw up my order then slammed my food bag down on my table, smirk, and walk away. Not a “here’s your order” or “enjoy your meal”. Terrible. You could go to the one in Milton for a much better experience!
