Good people, all the staff are very nice and it's a good place to stop and eat while at work.
I've never had any major issues with the food or staff and am very pleased to stop here
The only issue I have is the long waits for food but I think that way be a whataburger thing in them making it fresh? I dunno i just use the app on my way there and it's ready for me by the time I pull up. This makes it super convenient

Staff not properly lead/organized and not able to handle rush, ie they seemed to be disorganized or unsure what to be doing to maximize multitasking. Some customers walked out. Took approximately 40 minutes to get my order.

Monica is probably one of the nicest people in Whataburger history!!! She actually seems to like her job in these trying times!!! She definitely deserves a raise!!! Again great woman!!
